I have a mild scoliosis rotation in my mid-back that was misdiagnosed for over 30 years. That, plus several car accidents, have left me a little stooped over and round-shouldered. I don't remember why I chose this one over others, probably because of the size availability. I read all the directions about not wearing it for long periods right off the bat and not sleeping with it. I think I expected it to be more forceful about pulling my shoulders back and I was skeptical when I first put it on. I had spoken with my pain management doctor about using one and she gave me the go-ahead, but cautioned moderation, suggested combining it with upper body muscle strengthening exercises and not to expect an overnight cure.It was so gentle, I didn't really notice it was there other than that my constant ache began to lessen. I put it on for 1 hour on each of 3 days. I had to set a timer to remind me to take it off. The 4th day, I had to put it aside; my muscles had gone into spasm from being put in their natural, but uncomfortable, position. I'm going back to using it for just 15 minutes a day for a few weeks before going up in 15-minute increments. It took more than a month for me to get this way, I shouldn't expect for it to be 'fixed' in a month, either.For size, I'm a 5'9" 165 lb. female with a 40" upper-rib-cage measurement (under the arms, above the bust). I wear a men's XL shirt and had no problem with fit. It took some contorting at first, but once I was able to get it fastened correctly, I had no difficulties taking it off and getting it back on. It is a bit scratchy so I would definitely recommend wearing something underneath, especially in the sensitive underarm area. Just remember to set a timer so you don't wear it too long.

Was looking for a smaller unit for shoulders went back to my bigger unit to keep shoulders in position dont receive enough resistance for pain relief

No complaints here, it worked as advertised and survived multiple washings. Plan on getting another.

Does it’s job well. Size range is ample - I’m 5’2 165lbs and I feel like it could have been adjusted even smaller if I wanted. After about 4 hours though it chafes my armpits even if wear it outside my shirt.

I have been suffering from the aftermath of years of bad posture from my office job, that I looked into purchasing a device to help aid in correcting my posture instead of costly surgery. For the most part, this device is like a guide that helps deter you from hunching over. It doesn’t have a ‘resistance band feel’, however, they design the product to have tightness via the shoulder blades of the wearer to guide the person that their posture needs correcting. After two weeks of wearing this corrector, my muscle memory has improved, every time with or without wearing the device, my posture is now trained to be in correct posture, thus the straining in my lower back and neck has improved. Overall, if you want a posture corrector that is light weight, durable, well-made, and cost effective, I would recommend you all give this a try before buying into back surgery. Natural remedy is the way to go!Takeaway Notes: the straps are very adjustable via Velcro, ventilated, can wear well underneath a dark colored shirt/suit. Hoping they can come in nude colors in the future! Realfitty gets the job done!

Sizing not accurate. According to their measurements and sizing, I should be able to use the Large. I ordered a large and it is way too big. I can’t reach behind me far enough to get it to fit tight enough. The straps are too long to fit the velcro. It doesn’t pull my shoulders back enough.

This is the third back posture corrector I bought, the first one was a "one size fits all" from another brand, actually that one did not fit and broke within one week. Then I saw this product, I bought a Large Size, the quality was pretty good, looked durable, but it was too big for me. Then I sent a message to the vendor, I was very surprised that I got their response within 2 hours, I asked whether I could switch to a Medium Size one, they agreed without asking me any further question. The Medium Size posture corrector arrived quickly, and it fits me very well this time, pull my shoulders back enough. In general, this one is strong material and holds well, helps relieve pain and add comfort with good posture.Have been using for one month and am already noticing big differences in my posture and back pain.

I found the item to perform exactly as described! Both I and my husband works quite long hours every day, I work a 9-6 office job and my husband is a Uber driver. Both of us suffer back pain. So I decided to try this back brace. I bought one Medium back brace and one Large for him. After weeks using the back support works as intended. My back feels great and almost no back pain. He said that this product helped correct his posture by helping him become more aware of it and straightening his shoulders and back on his own. This back corrector helped with diminishing back pain for both of us. I will buy another one for my mom! Btw, I am 110 pounds, 5'1, my circumstance is 19 inch. He is 265 pound, 6 foot tall, his circumstance is 32 inch.
