Test was easy, had my results back in 5 days. Checking in online to see my results was convenient! Will be ordering again when needed.

I had ordered this with the promise of "quick results". 3 weeks after I sent in my test kit they informed me it had been lost. This was AFTER the app kicked me out and wouldnt let me continue to check on the progress. I literally had to go through hell trying to get in touch with someone in regards to my results. Then after all of that they finally tell me the test kit had been lost. I have NO FAITH in this "company"

Absolutely pathetic! They received my test on May 14th and its now June 4th and I still haven't gotten my results. Around may 20th they contacted me saying "we need your name and dob to start the processing" I had my name and dob and everything else already on there, but told them again anyway though email and they said "thanks now we can process your test" it'sbeen over 2 weeks and its still "processing" they should give me my money back, this is pathetic
