The reason the light stops working is the “H-13” connector on the five plug wiring harness that connects the light assembly to the vehicle plugs. It is usually the middle wire that isn’t making contact. Wiggle the wire and the light will work. Repair it yourself or call Morimoto and they will send you a new wiring harness for free. They know about the problem with these connectors. They have replaced three wiring harnesses for me. Their customer service is super. The lights themselves are fantastic.

These are great. They look fantastic and really bright. When starting they have a cool lighting sequence that takes place. They cost a lot but in my opinion completely worth it. I upgraded from stock halogens to these. If you are like me and drive at night in a mountainous area and wildlife is an issue, please do your self a service and upgrade to these.

An exceptional set of headlights they replaced my OEM Ford headlights on my F2 50. The lights are amazing we’re driving at night what a difference they made. I highly recommend these lights.Then there were no instructions that came with the lights. So I had to use YouTube installation videos to complete the installation. The insulation was very straightforward and the light work right. However,The company should include some good detailed instructions which they did not.Don’t waste anymore time if you were considering these lights by them you will not regret it there

Had these lights professionally installed at a shop so don’t try and say it was installation. Just a few days of use and now 2 of the 4 lights on the passenger side don't work and 1 of 4 lights on driver side don’t work. Sometimes if I hit the light with my fist it’ll flicker back on but that doesn’t work anymore and they just stay off. For the hefty price tag you’d expect it to be of quality. I’m glad they stopped working during my return period cause I’d be pissed. I tried talking to morimoto but their service is garbage and you stay on hold for 2 hours. I spoke with them through email but they said I bought from 3rd party Amazon and I have to deal with Amazon. Terrible!!! Now I’m out 100$ for installing and uninstalling fees. Returning this and going back to OEM. Check pics on review

I've had these headlights on my 2018 Ford F-350 for one year now, and these headlights are superior in EVERY WAY to the EOM headlights they replaced.Never had a single issue with them since Day One... Best purchase I've made for my truck.

Worked for 3 days, right light burned out. Had to wait 3 weeks for new wiring harness. A month later, left light burned out. Again, waited weeks to repair. New harness arrived, repair number 3. Made it a few weeks, left light burned out again. By now the bolts holding on my grill are starting to strip. Morimoto sent me 2 new wiring harnesses, I replaced one. It worked for about a month, Im sitting here now, grill taken off again, the other new wiring harness doesn't even work. Ripping this $1500 garbage off my truck & putting the stock ones back on. Will update if company makes right
