Very Happy
I have M.S. and have great difficulty in walking. I used to be very athletic so I need to do something. I used to ride my bike but then my legs would quit on me. Then I thought about getting an electric bike. This has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. The computer will let you choose different levels of assist from 0-5. Zero being no assistance at all and 5 being the most assistance. I usually use 2,3 or 4. The quality has been very good I’ve had the bike for a year and a half and have had zero problems. I really love this thing. The style of the bike is really cool and everywhere I go I get compliments. I’m 5’6” and weigh 150 and the bike is great for me. It goes pretty fast and the battery lasts pretty good but I don’t think it would get me 25 miles. I think it really varies depending on environment and terrain. I would say I average about 15 to 20 miles per charge. I’m so happy I have this bike. Also, I had called customer service at one point and the person I spoke to at qualisport was the nicest guy and was very helpful.

Problem with weight distribution
This bike has a structural problem that too much weight is on rear wheel. It makes it vulnerable to sharp things on the road. You can compensate it a bit by putting more weight on the front but it is really uncomfortable to do so and making you look silly to do it. If you bike frequently, you should expect to change the tire tube 2 time per quarter.
