Quiet & sturdy enough...
...for home/ studio use, These inexpensive adapters work great for a little extra extension for effect pedals or hard to reach spots in mixing/ recording patch bays. Cheap but good!

Great connector for my guitars
I have an Ovation Electric/Acoustic, and the input plug is right near where your leg is if your are sitting. So, having this right angle adapter is excellent to keep everything flat, so nothing can get bumped or damaged. In fact when practicing or playing for extended times, I just leave this plugged into my guitar, and unplug the guitar cable, so I don't have a cable laying on the ground to trip over, and since the adapter is still plugged in, I don't wear out that input plug on my guitar from excessive plugging and unplugging my guitar cable. I have one for my Ovation and one for my Violin Style Rogue Bass. I like that it is about a foot long, so that after plugging into my guitars, I can wrap it under my guitar strap to support the guitar cable, and everything is so smooth and unobstructed to reduce any cable or input damage. Great product and prompt shipping from the seller.

Perfect for connecting wireless units to strap
I have used on several wireless units to keep wear and tear off guitar jack. Build well and has no effect on sound quality. Easy to connect and good value for money.

One of Four Cables Bad
I ordered two packages of two cables each, and all but one work fine. One, however, introduces a nasty buzz to the feed.

Perfect adaptation
My wireless guitar jack has a swivel plug, it didn't fit into my fender jack. Long story short.. It does now

Loose connection. Not reliable.
Absolutely terrible. I purchased six of these to help clean up the cabling on a mixer. After installing them I began to hear an intermittent hum. I thought I had introduced a ground loop, but after some experimenting, I found the problem to be these cables. They would work fine in some positions, but if you moved the cable a little bit it would ground the connection causing the hum. The female socket does not securely hold a 1/4 plug. If you push on it, it will be fine, but then if you slightly bump the cable later on you can ground your connection. You cannot count on these cables in any kind of production scenario. I will be requesting a refund.

Great cables for guitar output to wireless transmitter.
All molded so no worries about connections. Very flexible. Perfect for the job I had in mind.

Poor build quality, not suitable for many wireless transmitters
UPDATE: After 3 years, the connection at the female end is loosening causing the transmitter to drop in and out. Many wireless transmitters (Boss, Line 6 Relay) have a small pin on the transmitter that needs to be pressed in by the socket to work, and over time the cable doesn't press this pin in enough. I don't play very often so it is not as if I have been gigging every night for 3 years. I guess you get what you paid for. *** ORIGINAL REVIEW I use this to connect my guitars to a wireless transmitter unit. The cable is great for both right-angle (end-mounted) as well as straight in (Fender Strat) 1/4" sockets, which was a nice surprise. The way it is designed, it does not even get in the way of the whammy bar when used with a straight in socket.

Not too bad, but I'm constantly looking and checking
It never failed on me, but I'm constantly pushing it a bit further, as it seems to be a bit longer than usual and the female connector might be pushing it out... not too much, but every time I check, it's like 2-3mm off... working... but gives that sense it'll spit out and you'll be in trouble.

Works well
I bought these for 2 purposes: (1) flush mount in tight-fit areas (2) strain relief of dangling cables. It's cheaper and easier to replace a short adaptor than a high quality right angle cable. Also handy to convert straight mono cable in a pinch

Work well
Solid unit. Wireless unit plugs into it and stays put. Great cord. Will update if I have issues but did a show last night. 4 hours of playing and not probalems

Good for the price
These are a must have if you use any of the affordable wireless guitar transmitters/receivers. They will protect the 1/4 inch jacks from breaking. I would prefer a slightly thicker cord, but these are great bang for the buck and fully functional.
