Nothing to dislike , the brackets are heavy/solid metal fitted with a neat plastic covers. I was in two minds whether to order, reading past review about the brackets as this blind/shade will be driven by a Home Automation motor which although gentle operation it powerful to suit very large / heavy blinds and didn't want them to break and tangle the motor, or the roller to come adrift from the brackets.The hardest part was to get the tube inserts aligned with the internal joint of the tube. They will only fit one way and have to be pushed hard into the tube.There is no worry about mounting the roller on the brackets after they are screwed in place as there is a spring loaded pin at one end and the chain mechanism fits into a protruding lug on the other.To remove is a bit trickier, the plastic cover has to be removed from the bracket that has the pin, then the spring loaded pin can be pushed in.The blinds do not let any light through and feel quick thick. When mounted with the material against the wall, there will be a 10- 15mm gap between the wall and the material. This is why I bought one 50mm wider material than the window reveal.NOTE: This is mentioned in the description (for non made to measure sizes) that the width includes the 15mm brackets either end.The chain operation feels smooth and no way can jump off /out of its track reported in other reviews.I believe the mounting and operating hardware has been upgraded since the older reviews.Impressed with this blind so have ordered one for top of stairs , to also be Automated on light levels.Would definitely recommend.

The overall quality of the blind is good but a slightly wider measurement is advised as if fitting inside widow bay there will be gaps which can be avoided by adding a small amount to the measuring, I would like to add the communication and customer service is excellent.

For their price point , excellent value for money. We have huge bay windows and I couldn't find anywhere that come anywhere near this price. The only thing I would say , is the cord could be longer . Our tall bay windows mean I have to stand on the sofa to reach the cord . Otherwise no other problems and I would buy again.

First blind turned up broken but likely caused by postal service used. However the tailored cut blind would have been returned as the cut pole was so sharp you would need gloves to install it. It should have been filed but it wasn't.I complained to the company by email with photos of the damaged blind and in fairness they replaced it immediately and posted a replacement to me without charge. The second blind was cut slightly smaller than the first and not the exact measurements I provided. This caused additional work with installation as I had to buy spacers to fill the gap at one end.Overall good value but be prepared to compromise on quality.

Received an email from the company to clarify the measurements and they arrived a few days later. They were good quality and very easy to put up. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you very much for the great service.

Great blind, the pole inside is strong enough to hold the length and is metal. Fixings to the wall are metal and have little planting bits that go on the wall to hold the rope. Wish they had more colour choice. Went back and bought another one for another room.

Lovely colour.Creases easily.Fittings didn’t quite fit together so not very sturdy.The pull cord is ok but not very robust.The brackets come attached to the covers so difficult to position to mark the drill holes.All in all I’d say they’re just average but ok for the price I guess.I may buy again but will check out alternatives too.

So easy to have a blind cut to size and ready to put up. No problems at all. Service was fantastic.
