Great product. Not much of a flavor which is great. Makes me feel top notch! Easy to use, I put a spoon in my coffee every morning . Perks me up and gets me ready for my day. It has no adverse effects on my gut , it makes my gut better and less bloating than before I started using it. Works for me and I’ll keep coming back. I have have been using this product for 4 months. Love it.

General: For a while now i have struggled with fog-brain. Idk if there’s a better term for that, but my brain just feels foggy and useless. Caffeine doesn’t help, energy drinks don’t help, food hasnt helped. Sleep is obviously the best answer to this, but some of us struggle with sleep. So i heard that these Mushroom powders can help and decided to give this one a try. It works! Clears my head up, gives clarity and mental focus. So i decided i would leave an honest review. Pros: -Cleared up my “brain fog” -Has next to no taste, i mix it into my coffee, don’t even notice it. I’ve also tried it in cranberry juice and orange juice. Same result. -Sustained energy/focus. NOT burst energy like with energy drinks or tons of caffeine. This is a level sustained energy. Obviously nothing replaces actually sleeping! -Price to serving ratio! 45 day supply, great value! Cons: -does not dissolve… i mean, it’s mushrooms. So every sip you take, stir/shake it up. -Gritty. This is along the same path as what i already said. Its kind of like drinking a little bit of sand. Dont take that to seriously though. It’s by no means nasty. But its gritty. This personally doesn’t bother me one bit. Overall: I, this random reviewer on Amazon that you’ve never met, do recommend this product. I’m about half way through my first bag, and I’ll be going back for more. It is now a part of my daily routine!

I learned about this watching one of my favorite podcasts. It’s spendy, but worth it. Hot chocolate is what works best for me. I put my mix in, add a lil water, stir, add chocolate powder, add rest of water, stir, sip, stir. It works. About 50% of the time it finishes smooth. Other half of the time I chase last bit with water. Helps with my focus, recall memory, and clears foggy issues. I highly recommend to anyone 55 and over.

I have tried 1-2-3- just 4 other mushroom coffee drink mixes. This caught my eye because it has Maitake Mushrooms in it. Allegedly, it is my “power” or beneficial fungus. This powder 3/4 tsp serving mixes well with hot or boiling water, with coffee, soy milk and a dash of Stevia= Comfort> Clear-minded >Peaceful>Deliciousness - and ALL from Amazon! Pay attention Amazon!, Even my mug and bombilla are from Amazon! You don’t really need that to stir. But I discovered it distributes the mushroom powder very well and doesn’t sink to bottom. If you not continue to stir it, it will sink to the bottom. And it will make you sad because you won’t have time to drudge up that sludge. Definitely got all my servings as described on packaging. Packaging. It is the only gripe I have. At the end of bag/ packet. You have to be careful to not fling those precious granules out to have your last 3-4 servings- 😕. The last servings are in the folds of the packet. One of the other brands was by Four Stigmatic BALANCE has the small cylinder packaging WITH a tiny 3/4 teaspoon included. That was nice. I hope one day Lairds will package like that. However I DID like the packaging closure. Seals tighter than polident! So I really like it will order again.

TL;DR - This stuff is great functionally. Gives good energy and focus. Main downside is the chalky texture because it is difficult to dissolve. As some other reviews mention, it is very difficult to get 2g (recommended serving size on the package) to dissolve in a normal cup of coffee. You end up with 2-5 chalky sips at the bottom of your cup. That’s the main reason why it’s not 5 stars. This might be avoided with thicker beverages like smoothies. The flavor isn’t amazing but not a substantial factor in my book. The most important part of this product is its effect on my mind. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and from day 1 I have noticed improved focus and good levels of energy. It isn’t the coffee because it isn’t a jittery energy. I love this stuff. To cut down on the sludge at the bottom of my coffee cup, I have cut back to ~1g and I still feel the positive effects of the mushrooms. If you are looking for something to give you a clear head and good energy in the morning, look no further!

Ok, so I was definitely skeptical when I got this stuff, but holy crap!!!! This stuff is AMAZING!!! I had a hysterectomy years ago so went into menopause young and also have hypothyroidism and I actually feel amazing and have energy almost all day with this. I normally do an electrolyte and collagen drink in the morning and I started adding this to it, I was worried it would taste funny but not at all, it is kinda gritty but not too bad. Anyone who is needing extra energy or relief from brain fog, I highly recommend this. I wish I knew about this stuff years ago.

I will start with the pros: So like with any mushroom supplement, this Can have a grainy texture but not horrible. I have also used MUD coffee and that has a much thicker consistency, this was so much more tolerable. Blends best when using a frothing tool in order to not have clumps. Flavor is actually kind of nutty and very pleasant. I also really like that I don’t have to drink this with coffee as I am more of a tea drinker and I have my own favorites. Energy is the number one pro. I barely have energy to climb out of bed. This has me waking up and getting the kids off to school and instead of going back to bed I can actually start my day. I don’t know if I will ever NOT buy this product if I continue feeling this great. Now for the cons which I am only finding one. If someone can please reach out to help because I don’t know which is correct. The bag says 2g or 1 tsp is a serving. However 1tsp weighs 4 grams. If I go by tsp which most people don’t have a scale, will only allow this bag to last 22.5 servings! Measuring by weight 1/2 tsp comes out to 2 grams. So which one is the manufacture typo? Am i supposed to be a 1/2 tsp or is it 4 grams? If it truly is supposed to be 45 servings in a package then the packaging values are off and everyone is taking double the amount they need. Once this is corrected I can see this jumping to 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because my energy is through the roof! Is it because I am double dosing?

Love the product but this time it was shipped in a small box with 3 other packages. It was punctured and lost about 1/3 of the powder. I had to clean the well pump switches because they had powder on the electical contacts. (May cause them to short out during usage.

This product does the trick and give your immune system a boost and also sharp focus If you don’t like coarse residue at the bottom of your glass/mug this is not for you other than that it is a quality product

It didn’t make any difference over the whole month, the only change was my blood pressure dropped very low after a training session so maybe not good if your on blood pressure tablets, I’ve also read that powder form mushroom supplements can be hard on the kidneys to process so not good if you have kidney issues or take meds that already make your kidneys work harder. I mixed it in with my daily protein drink so I had no issues with taste or consistency.
