Bought this product for my father-in-law’s not about a month ago. Got a call from him recently and he says it is no longer working at all after about four weeks of use. Checked the date I purchased it to find we can’t possibly ship it back in time for a refund or replacement because we can’t get to a UPS store in time to have it returned. I ordered it for him because it was about half the price of competitor’s and was exactly the part he needed, but it is more unfortunate that we now need to sit with a part that was not going to last for the longevity we desired.Would have loved for this product to have been just as good as the competitor that sold at double the price, but it did not last nearly as long as we would have like it to.

When hooked up and put in place it will not send signal to your gauge. The range of motion for your trim is not enough to allow this “aftermarket” part to work. It takes nearly a half revolution on the dial to get the needle to move from the up and down position.
