The delivery was slightly delayed due to the incredible heat. Package was wrapped up in bubble wrap with two ice packs to keep it from melting. It tasted like what I expected and the texture was softer but after it sat at room temperature it became the proper texture. Would buy from again.

The package was sturdy and it arrived intact and high quality. The candy is fresh, its soft, its gummy, its exactly what you would expect. It tastes perfect. I couldn't be happier!!!!!! ################################################### ORIGINAL REVIEW: ################################################### So this is going to be an interesting review, I'm giving a 1 Star because I have to, but if they made one correction, it would deserve 5 stars. What I received what EXACTLY what's pictured: "a clear plastic plastic with a label" The clear plastic bag is extremely thin and brittle. I think they had some bad manufacturing issues. When I opened my Amazon packing box, this bag was inside, wrapped loosely in Amazon paper. The reason for the low score is because the manufacturers packaging was so thin, so brittle, that the bag itself tore in shipping. So my package was already open. :( The gummies were very soft, just like they should be! But I couldn't eat them for food safety reasons alone. Note: when I picked up the bag, I picked it up by the unopened & untorn part, and the weight of the 5lb bag just tore the packaging again! The candies were perfect! Exactly what you'd expect! The manufacturer packaging however, was too flimsy to protect it

The gummy cola bottle candies are very fresh, not hard or dried out. They really taste like cola... just without the bubbles. The size and shape are perfect for holding in the cheek area to melt slowly and smoothly in the mouth, or if you feel your fillings are safe, just bite right into it. I don't think there is any caffeine in these things. Far as I know, there aren't any sugar-free versions of these candies. Darn. They probably wouldn't taste this perfect, either. I recommend these gummy cola bottles for anyone who likes the cola flavor and the softly resistant gummy texture. Excellent deal for the cost, too!

Happy cola gummies are my weakness and this five pound bag is both a blessing and a problem to have in my apartment. They taste incredibly close to actual cola and the texture is that perfect chewy consistency that makes them really addictive. The bulk bag is a great deal per piece and I just have to remind myself to pace it because I will sit there and eat way too many.

There are no words to describe Haribo Happy-Cola. Actually, there probably are, and I shall try and use all of them in a single sentence: delicious, scrumptious, insanely tasty, perfection, sweet, heavenly, indescribable, so-good-you-literally-can't-stop-eating-them-even-when-you-try-but-why-would-you-even-try. I have long been enchanted with the Happy Happy Happy Colas, so I decided to buy myself this wonderfully large five-pound bag as a little treat when classes finished at the end of my senior year. Oh they were so good.... Unfortunately, bad things happen when a single 17yo tries to down five pounds of sugary gummies within the space of a few days. Side-affects include nausea, temporary ADHD, extreme jitters, and a slight loss of the will to go on living. Additionally, none of these side-affects will make you want to stop eating the gummies, so long as they are stored oh-so-temptingly in the bottom of your closet. They're right there. So close. You could almost touch them.... why don't you? Go on. Just one more handful. How bad could it be? You've probably already given yourself diabetes. There you go.... Mmmmmmmmm.... So, as a little warning to all prospective buyers: DON'T WALK THIS ROAD ALONE! If you're a little piggy like me, you're not going to want to share these impossibly delectable little packets of joy, but if you value your sanity, SHARE THEM. Give them to your brother, your mother, your third cousin twice-removed. Your weird cousin Larry, and your crazy Aunt Jess. Send them over to estranged family members living in the Australian Outback. Hand them out to neighbors and random strangers on the street. Give a handful to the tubby little policeman who's asking you why you're handing out fistfuls of candy on the street. Just, whatever you do, DO NOT EAT THE WHOLE BAG BY YOURSELF. You won't regret it, but you will hate yourself, and you will probably get diabetes and die.

These are easily my wife's favorite treat but they are so expensive if you buy them at the candy store at the mall, and I've never been a fan of buying bulk items where masses of people can 'interact' with them. I was very pleasantly surprised that I found them on Amazon and at 1/3 the cost of buying them at the mall. In addition to being much cheaper, they are considerably fresher than the ones that come from the bulk containers at the mall. We put ours in a big tupperware container once we open up the bag and they stay fresh for weeks, but they rarely last that long at our house. Whenever someone opens the container, that yummy smell usually draws everyone else over for a handful or two. The only time that they last for more than a week or so is if they get pushed to the back of the pantry and are forgotten. As for the taste, I think these are something that you either really like or really don't like. There is little in-between. If you're not sure about them, go buy a small handful from the candy store in the mall or even in a little sealed bad at the grocery store. If you are a fan of these, this is the place to buy them. If you seal them up well, they'll last quite a while and you'll save yourself quite a bit of money (and a trip to the mall).

I took a chance on these because of all the positive reviews you find on this product on multiple websites. I ordered a 5lb bag of the Haribo Happy Cola's and I have to say I'm very disappointed. They are extremely chewy.. it's literally like chewing on a dry piece of caulk. No matter how long you chew, it doesn't break down.. it may as well be a piece of rubber. If you suck on them they last for quite some time, obviously, but that cola taste is not there. You get a slight hint of cola when you first pop one in, but after that time passes (5-10 seconds in) you're left with a wet noodle made out of caulk that tastes like corn syrup. There must be a huge group of people who like generic candy out there or a heck of a lot of Haribo workers boosting these reviews. I certainly do not see anything positive what-so-ever to write about this product and I absolutely do not recommend anyone buy these.

They are what they say they are. A 5 pound bag of teeth rotting goodness :). Taste like the store bought tiny bags of cola gummies and they're soft and fresh to boot. Second time I've bought them and will continue to purchase these ones specifically. Don't know what the sheerness rating is supposed to be *shrug*

And I bring them to lots of people for treats. Don't forget the gummy bears, the cherry gummies, either. I wouldn't want to admit how much of these I've gotten in the last year, however.

Very disappointed in the outcome of my purchase since the Yupik coca cola gummies were unavailable. My addiction has made me buy this disappointment of a coca cola gummy. Everything was as advertised, looks exactly like the picture, and it smelled great too. The smell was emanating once I opened the amazon packaging and I opened it right up. Upon eating my first gummy, it was hard and not that flavourful. I had been buying the Yupik coca cola gummies off amazon and have been spoiled by their tasteful and soft construction. The Haribo gummies get better the more you eat, but only eating a couple will not suffice, it’s probably why they have you a 2.26 kg bag. The Haribo bag is also more expensive per kg than Yupik. However, as I am writing my review right now, eating more and more Haribo coca cola gummies have proved very satifying. The more you eat, the better it gets.

Arrived in one piece and being from Quebec it can be hard to find fresh gummies that are this good
