Most temporary undereye tighteners tend to peel, cake, or flake if concealer is applied. How does the product respond to concealer on top of it?

Poorly! They recommend putting it on dead last!

Can this be used on upper eyelids?

I use it on my upper, lower, and my crows feet. It works for me.

How long does the effect last?

I had terrible luck with this product! The tightening was VERY short and the packaging tells you to put it on as the VERY LAST product--after makeup, etc.. i think it's because if you put it on before, by the time you leave the house the effects will have ended!
