They work surprisingly well!!
Lemme start by saying that I did not have high hopes for these, but was really amazed at how well they actually work. I am an average guy in height/weight, but I sweat constantly(even when not doing anything). I have tried all the fancy anti-perspirants and none of them touch it. I've sweated through every nice dress shirt that I own and it was pretty embarrassing. I picked these up as kind of a last resort, but after attending a wedding in the summer heat, I was sold. I was sweating like crazy but my shirt was completely dry. To answer a few questions: I never have a problem with the adhesives, I just try and place them correctly on the first shot. I have been through two packages of these, and only seen the tiniest amount(pretty much unnoticeable by others) of sweat peek through my shirt after about six hours of sweating on one occasion. Most of the time (95%) my shirt is bone dry all day. They are a tiny bit stiff right when you put them in, but body heat quickly softens them up so you forget that you are even wearing them. I haven't had any problems with crinkling noises or anyone noticing that I am wearing them. If you wear a super light-colored shirt people may see it, but in that case just put them on the inside of an undershirt. In summary, these have been great for me. I sweat like crazy still, but these take the worry and embarrassment out of it and let me be myself in all situations. I highly recommend!!

Not as good as they used to be
I found these in 2013 or 2014 when I was taking Dance lessons, they were a life saver for me as I was sweating through my shirts in about 20mins. I used them for 4 years with no problems and they always worked perfectly. Fast-forward to 2022, my wife and I have a whole slew of weddings and events to go to so I ordered us a pack of these. I tried 6 or 7 before I got a pair to stick on and they fell off within an hour of putting them on. In the past the adhesive was strong enough that these wouldn't come off in the wash, they had to be pealed off intentionally. I don't know if it was just a defective pack or the adhesive has been changed. But no matter how good the absorbency is this product is worthless if it won't stay in place.

Fantastic!
When I hear the term dress shields, I, a child of the 70's think of episodes of the Mary Tyler Moore Show, Rhoda and/or Maude. You just don't hear, or at least I haven't heard, references to dress shields outside of a 70's sitcom milieu. But, thank god for sitcom memories and Amazon! I remembered things like dress shields existed, searched Amazon and, yay, found Kleinert's Dress Shields - yaass!! Even the company's name makes me feel like I'm ordering them from a cool, vintage, 70's company at which the fabulous Rhoda and/or Mary shopped! These things are a no-brainer, fantastic, easy-to-use, wardrobe must-have if you wear sleeveless tanks/shells/blouses under work jackets. Thanks, Kleinert's!!

Not what I had hoped for!
These don't have good enough stick to stay where you put them, they show through if the material is too thin, and they should come with better instructions to aid in placement. Very difficult product to work with. Never even ended up able to use them on the top I bought them for, so I can't review how well they worked once in place. It may partially be the shirt material's fault as well, so if you think that you'll have better luck, feel free to give it a try.

Works great for underarm perspiration
They work GREAT! But they are huge! Just a tad smaller would be fine, or I can cut them down. It just made it difficult to apply and not gather too much material, it didn't lay flat too well. I will buy them again though.

These are great, but I have a tip to make them better
I bought these to save some of my cosplays and some of my white shirts (that get horrible pit stains after a while)After reading reviews of others saying they sometimes move or shift around I decided to sew little "Xs" on the tops & bottoms of the shields to my shirts/garments (NOT recommended for delicate fabrics) to help hold them in place. Then when they're ready for the wash I just snip off the threads when I throw them out. It has worked perfectly! As for comfort, they're noticeable and can feel kinda bulky at first but after wearing them for a while I hardly notice.(Also some people use pantyliners as a substitute, but they're more narrow)

Very strong and absorbent pads
Delivery was super fast. I got it in about three days from purchase. These pads are very absorbent and helpful. Due to sweat and deodorant at times it has ruined some of my shirts. These pads really help out! Very easy to attach to your shirtโs underarms. The amount that come in is more than fair and the price is just right. I always reload on these two weeks before I run out.

Placement can be a little tricky
I really like these under arm guards, this is the second time I have ordered these from Amazon. I feel like the price is a little on the high side but honestly I've never seen these anywhere else. I have used these on dress shirts, button-down flannels, sweatshirts and longsleeved T-shirts. I get really hot after I get ready, especially if I'm in a hurry. Hot shower, blow drying, curling iron and then getting dressed in warm clothes usually gives me a hot flashes until I have a chance to relax and cool down. These under arm guards keep me from sweating through my clothes before I have even had a chance to get out the door. Trying to get the placement of these just right can be a little tricky until you have had practice so I usually lightly stick the pad in the place, put on my shirt, then make any final adjustments. It definitely takes a few minutes to get the placement and feel just right -even with practice LOL. I'm not sure how this would work with really light weight/sheer blouses, I have only used with thicker, cotton like fabrics.
