220 conversion ? Cut the plug off ? Really ? I have a 220 line and the plug doesn’t fit !

SF4000 can work in 100V-277V, no need to replace the plug and power cord, only need to buy a plug adapter, you can easily convert to 240V

Can u run these on 240?

Yes you can I’ve just bought and used these adapters with the spiders. I found them on eBay: 3pc 3-Prong 110-120V to 220-240V Plug Adapter 4 Ballast Grow Light Fixture Power. They are rated for 110 up to 270v. I use a powerbox so I ended up with too many timers and found the perfect adapter

Can two of these lights fit in a 5x5 tent ?

maybe, but I doubt it. This light is overkill for 3x3, perfect for 4x4, and barely adequate for a 5x5 by itself. If you have the money to get two of these, you can get the Spider Farmer bar lights that would be perfect for a 5x5 and cost you way less than 2 of the sf4000
