Never again 😒 after bring alerted by another review that thier product was out of date, I checked the expiry date on my purchase. I was shocked to discover it was out of date in June 2022.As my hair looked so purple, I believe it is because it was nearly 30 months out of date. I hated my hair so got a colour strip which made it better but I'm not happy to have had to use more chemicals on my hair and will have to wait to re colour it again. Or a hair color ?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Technically it’s a high lift colour. However I’ve always used it after I’ve bleached my roots to use it as a toner with a 6% developer. I’ve done this for years but it’s not recommended for this use and I’m not a hairdresser so I can’t recommend it to anyone else. I find it’s good as a toner on wet hair for about 2 weeks then my hair starts yellowing a bit. I use 12/11 and it goes a grey Smokey colour for about two washes then tails of to a light silver. I’ve sometimes used 12/89 and this leaves my hair more white underneath with a lilac tone.
