Too small regardless of description's incorrect dimensions. Now Im expected to travel 60 miles back & forth to a UPS facility and then possibly wait in line w possibly unvaxxed ppl to make a return. I was told I cannot use UPS drop off only 2 blocks away. Welcome to Amazon's "Free Return" policy. It's a word play game. They'll honor returns only making it so difficult, time consuming & expensive for customers. What ever happened to providing a return label for a convenient drop off location?

The colors are not in the cool tone beige/cream family like the photo suggests. They're very yellow toned. Pretty sure they used a filter on the photo. Further, the tassels are cheaply attached by a thin strand of string. 2 of mine already fell off from the normal wear and tear of people just SITTING on my sofa. I will have to snip them all off. Now I'm left with some really basic looking, yellowed pillows. Looks like a different throw pillow purchase is in my future.

A little disappointed... the pillow has a very harsh yellow tint to it. Almost like a highlighter. ( The camera doesn't bring it out as much) I really loved the way it looked online. But it does not have that beige tone I was looking for.(The pillow on the left is a comparison to show how yellow the boho pillow is)Hope this helps anyone who is planning to buy

I ordered the neutral pillow and while it is a pretty pillow it is very yellow in tone. The back is a nice beige that is lighter than (but matches) the front threading. But the tassels do not match at all and are a very cool pale yellow, not beige or “cream”. They are also made of cheap thread and barely sewn on. I highly doubt they would last a single washing let alone stand up to regular use on a sofa that is regularly used. I’m returning it.

I loved this pillow but I didn't realize I needed to make an insert for the pillow. I did this quickly making one from an old sheet and filling it Next time I will read descriptions more closely. the pillow was well made with a zipper making it easy to put the insert in. A lot of decorative details you don't find on pillows in stores where I live.

From description I was hoping it was true to the natural tone of beige that was shown in photos provided by amazon, while it is a pretty pillow it had a very yellow hue. I set it next to my other pillows and it just was throwing off the natural tones I had due to the yellow tone..as well as size I don't believe this was a 12X20, it was smaller, more squared than rectangular compared to my insert I had. Texture wise it was a little on the stiff side not soft compared to other pillow cases I have bought.

I really thought I would be happy with these pillows. The seller had black dog hair and they were not beige more yellow looked used. I will say I will NOT be ordering from this buyer. I can not recommend the quality either. We are donating them to GoodWill.

The Wife... I bought this pillow for my niece, and I aboslutely love this pillow, great quality! Just the case thought I guess I did not read it fully, didnt realize but all good! going to buy another from myself.
