I've used different sizes of these Claimed Corner brackets around my house, along with trying similar styles from other brands on Amazon, and can say these are easily the best ones I've seen on here. I have some of them supporting 7 foot long pantry shelving that holds heavy jars and other food products, with no bend in them at all. You'll want to space them closer together for heavier shelves is all. A couple of differences with these that set them apart are - they are not painted. They have a nice dark, almost black, natural finish that doesn't scratch away easily, and is very uniform but rustic looking. Other ones I've tried have had sloppy paint that comes off easily. Also, the screw holes are already counter sunk so you get a nice flush finish when you put the included screws in. And speaking of, the screws are top-quality, strong, and they even include and extra one in each size. My only request is that they'd offer more sizes with them. It's be nice to have some that extend to 8 inches on both ends, and perhaps a smaller size as well. Otherwise a great product.

These were somewhat expensive, but are outstanding shelf brackets and well worth the money. Attractive, clean lines, very sturdy and very heavy & solid. Definitely heavy duty. Each bracket will support 75 lbs. Nice detail - they have counter sunk holes so the screws will be flush with bracket. Came with all the mounting hardware you would need. Screws are black, so they are invisible when install, giving a nice clean look. I bought 5 sets to redo some shelves in my closet and they worked wonderfully. The 10-inch brackets are easily strong enough to support 14-inch shelves. Highly recommend these brackets!

Bought these to install some thick shelves in our kitchen remodel. They were simple to put up, very strong (we used leftover butcher block pieces to match our countertop so they had to be) and blessedly came with all the hardware we needed, and it's actually quality screws! I can't tell you how nice that is. We used a combination of attaching to the studs in the wall and a set of drywall anchors and found we didn't need the fourth set of brackets, so we have two left over. My only wish was that they sold these in sets of two, but I'm sure I'll use these extras somewhere else and the price was better than the local box store. Also we originally purchased the longer brackets with the hooked end but since they would not have worked for us we returned them, and it was easy and free to send them back. Very happy with these brackets and this company overall.

Excellent steel. 1/4 inch thick. Each bracket has 4 countersunk (on each side) holes so that you can mount from the top (as I did) or from the bottom. 8 black long wood Philips head screws for mounting into your studs. 8 white ceramic wall screws if you don't have studs. Additional black small wood screws used with the ceramic drywall inserts . I installed all 4 braces to support a 50 lbs solid cherry mantle. Overkill but I had to balance the existing holes. It's not going anywhere. The mantle wood is flush to the top of the tiles so I installed the supports backwards from typical installation. Everything is heavy duty. Great product. I gave up on my 36'' floating shelf when it kept falling out of the thin, old walls of the house & decided to reinforce it with these brackets. These are made of sturdy, thick metal & were more than enough to support both the 2'' thick shelf & the 7 - 8 lbs of decor placed upon it. It has held to the wall very well with the 4 screws & anchors provided. Hoping that having the weight distributed to 4 anchored screws will work better than the 2 previous anchored screws that failed to hold the shelf up. I saw some reviews stating that the brackets could not hold up 30+ lbs, & I do think that would be expecting a lot from these. I would limit the weight to 15 - 20 lbs max. Maybe not enough for your industrial needs, but definitely more than enough for home accents & decor. I'm happy with these.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of these sturdy brackets. They are powder coated as opposed to painted. I returned some painted brackets to a big box store from which the black paint easily chipped off. Not these. The shelves I hung were 6/4 (1.25-inch thick) solid white oak and very heavy. The brackets easily support them. Highly recommended.

Cut out the drywall and mounted directly to the studs. Drywalled over and then laid brick veneer. Super strong and sleek look fits great!

We have purchased this bracket several times for our shelves in our living room. Great for the price. look so good and very sturdy
