Its very bitter & not granulated
It is very bitter, not recommended for cooking. The description & picture shows granulated, but I got powder. I have used many Mediterranean lemon Zest & Peal for more than 25 years. This particular product is so bad that I could not use a single soon. Total waste.

Awful
I was hoping for better. It's grey, and dusty, with some thick pieces of something (hopefully lime) the flavour is not very strong. It doesn't give as much of smell and flavour as expected. Also changes colour of dough to grey

Lemon peel bits / granules
This is not what I saw on the product pic which was definitely bigger sized. I wanted lemon peel granules and what I got is lemon peel powder

In description it’s showing Granual but delivered powder that too very poor quality.Price charged by amazon is higher than MRP printed on pouch

Worst lemon zest granules
First of all its not granules, its powder...Secondly its bitter.. Its bitter because the white part of lemon which is lying under the zest is used... We do not eat the white part. Zest is all about flavour and taste.. But this powder has no taste, no flavour...i want refund..if you want you can take return of the product but I opened the packet...
