These lights are SUPER simple to setup; totally plug-n-play! They come with adhesive on the back, so other than cleaning the surface that you intend to stick these to really well (for instance, with rubbing alcohol) you just peel and stick these where you want. If you prefer to cut these into smaller strips, you can do so and there are LOTS of solder points for your own wiring if you wish to go that route. The brightness is adjustable, so the mood can be VERY specific. However, they are EXTREMELY bright. The remote has ALOT of options for lighting settings, including some self programmable button assignments for your own preferences.

I purchased lights for my grand daughters who are 11 and 12 years old. One set was perfect and the other we had difficulty making it stick to the wall. I contacted the company and they were attentive, friendly and after a conversation they sent me replacement lights which are perfect! My grand daughters love the lights especially the ability to change the color scheme with the remote! THANK YOU for making their rooms brighter and their smiles shine.

I've had this product for months now. The white setting is very bright, but the colors are a little less so. That seems to be consistent with any RGB LED product. Originally, one of the two strips stopped working, but the company replaced my product without hassle. The adhesive strip that is included on the lights is a double sided foam tape. When I had to take the damaged strip off my wall, the foam ripped and left a lot of residue behind that is just about impossible to remove. Not looking forward to taking these down when I have to move.Set up was fantastic though. The app it runs off has a lot of options, and it integrated seamlessly with my Google Suite.

The media could not be loaded.  This a great set of lights. Colors are great, love the brightness level controls. Awesome easy to you app for phone to control lights. Can be set to solid color, strobe, fades and customs presents you can make yourself. You can also use a mic feature and music feature that as you talk the lights will flash in sync with your voice or sounds and music feature does a light show to music played on the phone. It very easily pairs to wifi using the app, once paired you can setup it up to work with your Google or Alexa device. Once done you can voice control the lights. Very good deal for a great set of lights.

(DO NOT BUY GET A DIFFERENT BRAND)This product is good but the only thing wrong with it was it did not stick to my walls. It would stay up for a few hours then fall again. Everyday I would have to reapply it and I’ve never had this problem with any other light story’s I got from different brands this is the only one that did not want to stick to my walls. After the 3rd time they feel I had put them back up again and i went to turn them on and now only have of the lights work and only some of the colors work not all of them. So save your self some money and just get them form a different company/brand

I tested as instructions suggested but 1 reel out of 2 wouldn't work. I contacted the seller to see if would be willing to replace 1 reel or if would sell me 1 at cheaper price. No go. I found a small tear or a cut on line where you would normally cut for piecing together a corner piece, so I thought that was problem. Still didn't work I tried fixing until I got fed up and finally through 2nd reel in garbage. They found a 2nd light kit I could purchase which cost more than my original purchase. But I'm not buying them. I was hoping their customer service would have been better,even after I offered to buy a 2nd reel at a reasonable price. The lights are bright, they work great with Alexa. But I had to use double sided foam tape to get to stick product down. The sticky back kept coming undone. Not standing by their product was very disappointing. I will not purchase from them again. Personally I think these may have been refurbished, since adhesive not sticking and 2nd reel defective. I mentioned this to company, which assured me they were 100,% Brand New. Bad experience.

Easy to set up in the app (I used the QR Code on the device to find the app) and it was super easy from there! I already purchased another one since I like these lights so much. Also want to add I have the brightness at 100% and no heat coming off these strip lights and when I used a different set of strip lights with this box under 100% they got extremely hot to touch almost immediately so I would say these are safer than most on the market.

I put mine outside along my roofline so my lazy butt wouldn't have to put up christmas lights every year. They turned out great! It comes with clips you can screw in which helped with the adhesion of the lights to the dirty rough wood. Even without the clips, it did really well sticking but I wanted to be sure they wouldn't fall. The app is great and I can change the color based on season or my mood!
