Snap into the magwell of a Glock 9mm pistol and clamp into a bench vise. Great for trigger work or cleaning. Snug fit, release with mag catch. Also balances pistol for dry firing without using actual magazines. Good buy.

good blockgreat priceannoyed by shipping charge... only real complaint.ive been using the same AR magwell block for years to do all my "light smithing" and i recently delved into the world of glock... enter the Glock Block! (that's what it should be called... no trademark, so feel free)so far its only held my 9mm but it says its good for 357 and 40cal too and i see no reason it would do anything less than a great job with those aswell.theres a bit of wiggle room once its in place, but it feels like a secure hold and you can definitely apply some pressure.

Makes cleaning and disassembly easier. Great product.

I used this to assemble an Aero EPC. Added some painters tape to tighten up the hold a tad. That’s not an issue for me at this price I’m very happy.

I found myself in need of a 9mm, Glock, bench vise block. I read some good reviews before purchasing this model, by ADE Advanced Optics. (FYI, I only have a few Glock mags for my PCC rifle, so I am not sure how much the OEM mags differ, if at all?) First off, I purchased this build a New Frontiers brand (Dirty Bird) 9mm PCC rifle. The OEM lower easily fits my 33 round, OEM Glock mags! The Bench block appears well molded and made. No sharp edges, No cracks, plenty of height for working around and It appears very durable. It clamps up nicely in my bench vise. BUT... the magazine portion is a little small, making a loose fit within the lower recevier. It is not so loose, it will not work, but it does allow for a bit of wobble. Nothing a little blue painters tape, cannot correct! Then the magazine catch point is not in the same spot as my OEM Magazines are. In order for the bench block to LOCK into the reciever firmly (for building), the mag lock has to be lower. It works, and I'll use it, but it may need to be knotched to be made perfect. Maybe I am doing it wrong, and just need to play with it more??? The circular base, that goes into the vise jaws does not have any reference tabs / lips, to land on the vise jaws. (as compared to an AR15 vise block). So you have to be careful when locking it into vise. Finally, I like it, and it will work. The price is good, and so is the material. It could be designed better, and fit better. I hope this helps.

Works great.I needed a third hand working on my pistols, and although I have XDMs, just a little filing and it fits perfectly.I had the Wheeler Delta Series base that fits the Tipton Best Gun Vise and the hardware provided with this bench block was an easy match.Highly recommend!!
