Great little raft!
I bought this raft with hopes of using it as an affordable pack raft. It only weighs about 5 lbs. and folds up to a portable size. It is small; I am 5'7" and I cannot sit in it with my feet stretched out; my feet rest on the inflated top. When paddling, I tucked my feet inside. I took the raft out on a river and paddled all around. It was a windy day and the water was a little choppy, but the raft did well. I used a kayak-type paddle. (The boat does not come with paddles). It managed the river very well. It inflates and deflates easily because the main chamber has a Boston valve. I used a foot powered inflator. The Boston valve is one of its best features. It comes with a handy wrap around rope. The boat seems sturdy; I hit some rocks while paddling around and all was well! I am very pleased with this purchase! I also purchased the larger Intex 200 which comes with paddles and a small inflator. I can sit comfortably in that boat. But, it does not have a Boston Valve which makes inflating and deflatng a much longer process. The little intex pro 100 is a better pack raft option for me. Hope this review is helpful!
