I used it on flower pots and planted flowers in them and have watered them several times and it has stayed in. Hope this helps.

Price gouging can only be applied to items that you need, such as gas food or water, while currently experiencing some sort of disaster. Because you need those basic necessities all the more the man for them rises. Raising the prices on necessities during something such as a disaster it's not only just plain wrong but it illegal. Spray paint not a necessity. Also any price adjustments that's not made during a disaster is called supply and demand. And it's what made America the great nation ir is today. It's called free trade. It is perfectly legal. Just fyi.

It is flat paint BUT the cans failed all five of them. Some with half of the can full or empty however you want to see it. Will never buy again
