I bought this set for a 90th birthday cake. It did the job in the end but the plastic is rather cheap and when using the cutters, they don't cut through the rolled icing very well, no matter how hard you press and I had to use a sharp knife to release the shapes from the rolled icing. There are also mould joins on the hand tools which when used, prevent smooth ease of use and tend to scratch up the icing. I managed in the end and this is great for a beginner or fun with the children, but if you are thing of buying as a professional, I would spend more money. I don't make many cakes so these did the job.
