Dritz3412 Quilter's Tape, 1/4-Inch x 60-Yards

I use this a lot in my quilting to mark short areas. It never leaves a residue on the fabric. There was a slight glitch in the shipping end of things - I ordered several rolls and only received one - but I called Amazon and they shipped the remainder out immediately. Will I order this product again? Yes, most definitely.

I was disappointed that it did not adhere to the fabric better in many cases but it did help to keep my 1/4 inch lines straight when hand sewing and quilting. Not sure if I would buy it again though as it is really only good to use once and becomes expensive if doing a large project.

Looks like I'm not the only one who purchased this thinking it was basting (double-sided) tape... It's not. Just plain low-tack paper tape you can use for marking guides on your work. Hope this review will prevent you from making the same mistake I made, in case you're also a beginner looking for basting tape. If you're looking for low-tack paper tape to use as a quilting guide, great! You found it :-)

I have used this product successfully in the past, but this roll has to be old. The tape tore frequently on peeling it off the roll, and it did not stick adequately. With previous purchases, I could reuse the tape over and over as I quilted. This time I couldn’t use it once, as it would not stick to the fabric. Very very disappointed.

This does not stick to any fabric or vinyl. This was a large waste of money. This is the equivalent of a 20yr old dollar store masking tape.

Terrific tape for variety of uses with quilting, sewing. Just the right amount of sticky.
