Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

This cleansing balm by Clinique is amazing! It is super creamy, does a great job of removing make up, but does not leave any residue behind. Gentle on my skin, can even use it to remove mascara. Super impressed with this, and I’m glad that I finally found a cleansing balm that can take off my makeup and not irritate my skin.

Cleansing balms. I first found this as a makeup remover after a beauty expert on Youtube (Hot and Flashy) pointed me this direction. I tried this as my makeup remover and then used a secondary cleanser to help remove the balm. I fell in love. I didn't have to tug on my eyes, no tugging on skin, just really light, gentle, massaging circles over the eyes released all the eyeliner, mascara, shadow, foundation etc from my face. When I ran out last time, I saw a leading brand in blue packaging at my drug-store also had a new balm - The container was slightly smaller but it was half the price so I took a chance. Let me tell you, that stuff was horrrrrible! It went onto my face like I was spreading butter around my face - I couldn't even use it up. I hated it. So, all that to say, are there cheaper options out there? Yes. But is the quality even remotely similar? 10000% not. Spend the money to protect your skin from tugging on it. You will love it!

I love Clinique products, I have tried so many different make up removers. wipes were to rough and had a chemical smell to them. drug store cold creams left my face greasy . this product spreads easily and doesn't take much to do a great job. The price is pretty high for user like me who wears makeup at least 5 days a week and takes off makeup every night. There is no irritation and never stung my eyes. removes layers of mascara and eye liner in one passing using just my fingertips. no wash cloth required. rinse with warm water and follow with Clinique wash wash. leaves my skin super clean and moisturized . Ive shared this with my friend who was super sensitive skin and bad psoriasis and other skin conditions and she said it was the best makeup remover she has ever used and no irritation. spread the word , this stuff is great

Have used many over 40 years, this one is lovely, works, skin feels great afterward. I rub a fingertip full (size of a dime) and start at mascara and work through, often with the PMD cleansing wand, then tissue off then rinse. May not get every single bit of mascara under eyes off - lil miscellar water on q-tip, done. After this face is ready for creams and serums. Great price - beats stores by 20 bucks - worth that price too!

I love this balm - it’s very effective! You rub it on your face, especially around your eyes if you have eye makeup on, then rinse it off with water. The oil becomes milky upon contact with water. It leaves my face feeling balanced. It lasts a long time. You only need about a pea-sized amount with each use. I have very sensitive skin and have never had a problem with it. Highly recommend!

I've been using alot of eyedrops. Consequently, II've found it necessary to wear waterproof mascara. As you know, waterproof mascara can be difficult to remove. I wanted a gentle makeup remover that would easily remove waterproof mascara. I actually asked my opthamologist to recommend a product. This is the one that she recommended. I luv that it's fragrance-free. Most importantly, it dissolves tough face & eye makeup, making it effortless to remove.

Ok....I have used many cleansers over the years. As a daily makeup wearer, I struggle with removal of my makeup as multiple products seem to work at first, but then later cause skin irritation and especially dry patches around my mouth and chin area. After being really frustrated, a friend just happened to buy me this Clinique brand of cleanser. She had no experience with it, she was just at the Clinique counter and thought I would be able to use it. I used it, expecting the same results as before, a decent cleaner, but with some subsequent skin irritation. I was so wrong! This cleanser is dramatically different! You grab a bit in your hands and apply it to your dry face. The product feels divine - it is silky and applies very easily. It cleans completely. But what is more wonderful is how your skin feels afterward. So supple, not greasy, but hydrated. I love this stuff!!

My performing clown friend suggested this for removing our clown make up. White grease paint is the pits to get off. You either have to use oil which makes your eyes sting or leaves your pores clogged, or you over scrub which is rough in your skin. I was getting breakouts from the coconut oil I was using to get it off. I switched to this. Yeah it’s pricey but boy does it work great and my skin loves it. If you wear stage makeup or any type of heavy make up this stuff is the best for removal.

Ma peau du visage est mixte. Je recherchais un très bon démaquillant non gras pour enlever maquillage, protection solaire et mascara waterproof. Ce baume démaquillant Clinique répond à tous ces critères, il est non gras, facile à rincer, agréable à utiliser. J’applique ensuite un second nettoyant à l’eau. Je recommande assurément à toutes celles qui recherche un excellente démaquillant non gras et efficace.

Ich verwende den Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm (125 ml) nun schon seit vielen Jahren – und bin nach wie vor absolut überzeugt. Dieser Reinigungsbalsam entfernt mühelos alles: Make-up, Sonnencreme, Schmutz – ohne Rubbeln, ohne Brennen, auch nicht in den Augen. Die Textur ist angenehm, schmilzt beim Auftragen und hinterlässt ein sauberes, gepflegtes Hautgefühl. Für mich ist das mit Abstand der beste Gesichtsreiniger, den ich je hatte. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – vor allem für sensible Haut oder empfindliche Augenpartien.

Ein etwas teureres Produkt aber meine Freundin schwört drauf und es ist einwandfrei hautverträglich. Die 5 Sterne gibt es weil es bei Amazon günstiger war als bei anderen Anbietern.

鼻のあたりの毛穴が目立つのが気になっていました。 今までジェルのクレンジングを使っていましたが、美容部員さんにジェルが一番クレンジング力が低いと教えられてバームを勧められました。 で、以前サンプルでもらって置いていたクリニークのクレンジングバームを使ってみたら・・・！ とっても良い！ 毛穴がなくなりはしませんが、目立ちにくくなりましたし、ファンデーションもキレイにつく。 アイメイクも全く残らず綺麗に落ちる。 サンプル使い切って、早速こちらで購入となりました。 毎回洗顔が楽しいです♡ （匂いの事を書いてる方がいましたが、最初に使ったサンプルはしばらく家で置いていたせいか、油の匂いが気になりました。 でも、今回こちらの購入したものは全く無臭でした。）

È la prima volta che acquisto questo struccante, ho sempre usato il latte detergente, con relativo consumo cospicuo di dischetti, ho provato anche il bifasico della clinique, ma non mi era piaciuto. Questo balsamo, invece, per me che ho una pelle mista, ma sensibile nella zona del contorno occhi è perfetto. Ha una consistenza solida, ma malleabile, che a contatto con l'acqua si scioglie e diventa un olio. Strucca in profondità, non brucia, ne basta veramente poco, e toglie via tutto il trucco, anche quello waterproof. Non unge, non secca, al contrario lascia la pelle morbida, idratata, e fresca. Il prezzo è alto, ma considerando che ne basta veramente poco ne vale la pena. Per me è il miglior struccante provato finora, decisamente un mai più senza.
