This is a nice product but to fit a older weber 300 natural gas grill you will need to go to home depot and purchase a union 1/2 by 3/8 to make it work

I have a portable 8000/10,000 watt tri-fuel generator that runs on either gasoline, propane or natural gas, and the generator hooks up on the middle of the outside side my house. I put in an outside quick bib connection for the natural gas right off the meter. I combined two of these 24' gas hoses (48' total @ $100) so I could run on natural gas (way cheaper than propane/gasoline) inside my garage (please don't go crazy on me) at the end of the garage with the exhaust pointing outward and with the double car door open, a side door open, and two opposite side windows opened at the top, but still sheltered from the elements. Plenty of fresh air. The reason is that usually when the power goes out (I'm out in the country - need the well water) it happens during a rain or snow storm which usually doesn't end for up to 2-3 days, and I can't run the generator in the rain or snow. I looked at those shelters and tents for generators and they look like an expensive waste of $ and still would be a problem setting up in a storm. This worked out perfect for my situation but I also had to get a heavy duty 50 amp electric cord that is 50' long (@ $300). And when it does stop storming I can now also put the generator 50' out in the yard away from the house which makes it a lot less noisier in the house. And yes you have to store all lines in the house during very cold weather so they are flexible when you take them outside in the cold to hook up. I know $400 total sounds like a lot of $ but it works out perfect for my situation and the generator is stored in the garage about 3' from where it will be used, so in less than 15 minutes I can complete the hook up. You can also use the gas hoses for propane. My previous set up was a 12' gas hose and 12' long 50amp cord which I can still use.

I have a gas outlet on the patio with a 1/2" quick disconnect. The gas hose on my Weber Summit is maybe 8 feet long so I have to stay pretty close to the outlet. Sometimes during the late summer it's hot out on the patio and I would love to be able to move my grill to a shady spot. This is the answer! It's an extension for the gas hose on your grill. There's several things you can do. You can use it as an extension as I did or you can replace the hose on your grill with the longer one. If you have a quick disconnect on the supply and you want to use this as an extension you'll want to get a 1/2" half-union fitting. That allows you to connect one end of this hose to the supplied quick-disconnect and use it as an extension. This also comes in 3/8" so make sure you have the right size before you buy.

Mine was delivered in great condition. I remember telling my wife how surprised I was by the packaging for a gas hose. It was really nice. Also, the product seems top notch quality. I converted my barbeque to gas and this hose was perfect for getting my 1/2" connection to 3/8" at the bbq. The quick connect makes it very fast and easy to connect to my gas line too. Overall...very satisfied.

The media could not be loaded.  Works great for my grill!I had the gas company stub out a 1 inch female (FPT) with a shutoff. Just needed a half inch male (MPT) nipple & everything connected to weber genesis 325

I converted my 8500 watt portable generator to operate on LGP or NG. Running on NG is the best because the supply is endless and much cleaner for the engine. Only problem is connection to the NG gas line. With this supply line I permanently connected one side of the connection to the NG supply and when needed I run the hose from the generator to the outlet near the driveway and good to go!! I just keep the flexible gas line looped up on handle of generator till needed.

Used for a NG generator. Hardware is good and connections are snug. Seems solid, no complaints.

Easy enough to install. Works very well and good quality.

Not as durable as hose that comes with bbq.feela more rubbery. But they look identical on line and both 1/2" I'd. The hose outside diameter is also slightly smaller than original hose with bbq. Does the job however but not sure how long it will last.

Read carefully. 🤦🏻 This is a 1/2” line. I was in search of a 3/8” line. Quality was good.
