Q: what is the length of the arm (radius)? I am looking for a cycle to improve range of motion and the cheapter mini cycles have too short a rotation.

The distance from the center of the axle to the center of the hand grip (a baseball) is 5 inches resulting in a rotation circle of 10 inches. I thought it might be too short but I bought it anyway and it has worked fine for me. I use it for aerobic exercise since I cannot use my legs.

Q: When you're using this device, do you feel your fingers/hands working more than your Triceps/Biceps and Shoulders?

The multi-grip ergo handles (baseball handles) take the strain off the hands and fingers! A baseball fits the natural grasp pattern of the hand allowing the user to palm the handle verses squeezing a smaller more narrow handle.

Q: I have ms and need an exercise machine that can start my legs moving. would this machine have enough power to do that? how much weight can it handle?

This machine is not powered. It has adjustable resistance. I used it after a bad accident and surgeries on arms and legs. It is designed and best when clamped to a table for getting arms working. There were foot pads as an extra cost item, so the machine could be used on the floor, but you have to put it up against a wall or it will move on you when you get to pedaling harder. It does not have a weight rating, as it only exercises hands or feet. You sit in a chair while using this machine.
