This hat was much better than expected. I bought it for my three year old granddaughter’s birthday party. I didn’t really expect it to fit her, but hoped we could make some adjustments, because the colors were so vibrant in the image.It arrived in a huge box. I guess that was so that it didn’t need to be folded up. That was probably a good idea, because the spikes have some kind of stiff, but flexible, center to maintain the shape as shown in the image. When I took it out of the box, it looked exactly like the image. If anything, the colors were even more vibrant. And the material is positively luxuriant.Inside the headband, there is a Velcro strap that can be used to make it smaller to fit smaller heads. We had no problem getting it to fit the three year old and it also fit one of the men who has a larger than average head.The birthday girl was thrilled with the hat. She would not take it off. Everyone marveled at the bright colors and quality design and workmanship.If I ever need a party hat again, I will be sure to check out the options from Elope, Inc.

Very flexible fit. It fit my adult head and was easily adjustable for the 6 year old girl for whom it was purchased. Very sturdily built, bright colors and lots of fun. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys fun hats.
