Nite GuardSolar NG-001 Predator Control Light, Single Pack (2-(Pack))

I had armadillos digging in my flowerbed. I use multiple solar powered, motion detecting devices that use bright lights and ultrasonic sound. I own 3-Nite Guard Solar NG-001 Predator Control units, and have them inside my windows on 3 different window sills. All the solar powered systems have worked well together to eliminate armadillo nocturnal visits. I am very satisfied with the fact that I do not have to do anything but remove the solar panel covering, place these Nite Guard Solar units at the needed height, and move them occasionally to provide the human element to scare off the armadillos and other pests.

This did nothing to stop the hogs from rooting up my back yard. Same with Armadillos. Might work on deer and other animals. Dissapointed!

I’ve purchased the knock off products and there is no comparison. I’ve used on several properties and most units are still flashing after several years. The knock offs either don’t work at all from the start and the ones that do flash only last 6 months at best.

I bought these lights to hopefully deter the many raccoons we have from eating my bird seed, garden and flowers. Actually nothing has eaten the garden or flowers at this point - only the birdseed (which we have started bringing in at night). And, yes, the raccoons are still running around as I can see them on the security cameras so we believe they are using those blinking red lights as a disco ball and having a nightly party here at 9200’ in Colorado.

Keeps the raccoons away. Didn’t hold out much hope but there’s are working.

I have 8 of these. From watching camera video at night they seem to be working for smaller critters like raccoons, etc around my koi pond. These are installed about 12" from ground. These critters are coming by pond but don't stop and move on quickly. Deer are a different story. I have 4 of these on two large trees 4 ft up from ground as instructed. They are on both trees about 50 ft apart. I watched 4 deer on camera at night wandering around the devices and eating my plants. The flashing lights had no effect on them and looked like they were posing for a flash picture snapshot.

Very successful against deer invasion. Trying lower for warding off rabbits.
