Not sealed properly
Zoom in on the product’s Amazon picture. See how it’s sealed along the top and bottom of the the y joint. Notice the sides are not sealed. Heavy rain will cause water to leak there. Also, on the inside of the downspout, the part where the two downspouts meet, the side one goes too far into the downward one. This creates a dam and will probably cause clogging. You can modify the product to fix this. Seal with gutter glue. Modify the inside so the downward spout is not obstructed by the side spout. Tin snips or something to cut the gutter is needed to perform this modification. So make your own or buy this one and modify it.

Well made, pricey but cheaper if purchased direct
Was tough to find this exact piece I needed to rework the gutter on a new patio I installed. This product is well made and does exactly what I needed. You could save a decent amount if purchased directly from the manufacture (lesson learned).

Great
Had to modify it as it was too long. It's difficult to install to existing set up as you'll have to cut it to accommodate what you have now. Great for new set up. Great assembly and craftsmanship.

Tied this into existing down spout so the water proof second story deck I built drains into gutter then into existing down spout. Very happy
