Old reliable!! Solid Performer! And hardware manufacturers kind of fooled us
As always, Corsair RAM is reliable and works like a charm. Some complain that they are overpriced vs other RAM. Well, to date, I have owned 3 Vengeance kits and one Dominator GT kit, and Ive never gotten a dead stick or had any problems with performance. Other kits that were "competitively" priced did not have the same quality control. the next closest manufacturer in quality I have seen is G. Skillz RipJaws. Ive owned 3 of those kits and 1 kit had a bad stick. Whenever I purchase RAM I run the latest MemTest86 (the bootable usb it auto-creates). The test takes upwards of 8hrs but its the only way to know for sure if your RAM is perfect or not. Corsair RAM always passes. I went the safe route getting 2133 because I was switching from AMD to Intel and the x99 chipset with the 5930k is spec'ed so taht 2133 is the max speed allowed. Now, we all know you can go higher than that (and I probably will) but to get the system up and running I wanted to stay within the Intel factory specs. Once I was able to confirm that both the new motherboard and the cpu were in perfect order (running at stock 2133) I was able to let the XMP profile run at 2400mhz. Ran MemTest86 at 2400mhz and it all passed. Now its time to manually tighten up the timings and see how fast I can get this. Honestly though, I mostly use my system for gaming. 2133 or 2400mhz is just fine for what I do. Others that encode 4k video or render 3d projects, etc might want something a little faster. But we also have tests showing that DDR4 and DDR3 are nearly identical in performance. I really think hardware vendors created DDR4 intentionally to boost sales. It needs less power to run (so thats nice) but performance of this 2133 RAM vs my DDR3 1866mhz Corsair Dominators is almost identical. Please dont comment about the minutiae in the performance tests. Ive read the white papers from RAM manufacturers, Ive seen all the tests that people have put them through, I know where the differences are. My point is that 90% of the people going from DDR3 to DDR4 are going to be gaming. And they wont notice a difference in real-world use.

Great RAM from a great company
Great price, Corsair quality, good speeds, DDR4 and low profile. Put these in a mini itx build and never looked back. I needed some low profile black ram for a z170 mini itx build and these hit the spot. Plug and play, no issues, booted up fine, really pleased. Corsair has never let me down when it comes to memory. This RAM does what it's supposed to and is exactly what I expected.

Good Product
Well there is always a choice, but I always choose Corsair for my ram solution. Some vendors have restrictions, compatibility issues and etc, but not corsair. I Owned similar ram sticks previously, except they were 3000mhz. So this rams works great, no issues, installed it and boom running. there was no XPM profile, but i switched to 2400 overclock, boom instantly working no need to change timings. Also tried 2800, still working ,except with auto timings, it changed a bit. Overall, good quality, stability and easy to install. Thanks.

Cheap Hynix for Ryzen
Did an ultra-budget build for a friend in the midst of the Great RAM Pricing Crisis of 2017-2018 with the 2200G, ASRock B350 Pro4, and this RAM. Zen loves higher-clocked RAM due to its architecture, so I stepped latency down to ~C18 or so and OC'd this kit to about 2933MHz. Runs at ~10% bandwidth overclock over stock. I can't remember if I ran stressapptest or AIDA64 to confirm it works, but I haven't heard any complaints from the friend, so it appears stable. Definitely not even in the same ZIP code as B-Die in terms of performance, which should be getting less expensive now (as of Jan '19), but it was the best bang-for-the-sub-$100-buck 2x4GB pairing I could find on Amazon at the time (Jun '18 when purchased).

Works Perfectly
Added 16Gb to my system giving me a total of 48Gb of RAM. Still have 2 more slots, going to buy 16Gb more next month. Why? Because, that's why. No issues, detected immediately.

Overclock it...save some money on your x99 build.
Mainly a gamer (for now). Beginner overclocker as well. Realize memory volume and speeds aren't that critical for gaming but like I said I'm trying to learn the ins and outs of overclocking as well. I have this set boosted to 2400 mHz and haven't had a single problem. I imagine with a bit more experience and knowledge I will be able to take it further. Aside from that, the price of this RAM is sweet. Spent a long time researching what to get for memory on my latest build...at the time I figured I was "settling" for this because of the price. But now I am extremely happy that I have overclocked the speed to the memory I was considering purchasing and saved the dough. Highly recommend this RAM.

Tricky Install?
When I first installed this memory according to the instruction manual for the msi x99a mpower the board would only post with one stick installed. The manual recommends memory be installed in slots 1, 3, 5, 7. I had all but given up and requested a return for refund. Decided to give this memory one more try as its listed to be compatible with my mb. I installed the two sticks in 1 and 3 slot good post and boot. Then 1 3 5 slot no go boot fail no post. Then I installed them slots 1-4 post and boot. And they will oc to 2400. I will buy another 4 sticks for slots 5-8. That instruction manual need a little work regarding memory installation.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Fitted right in, no problems, runs perfectly. (Minor issue with system interrupts but i’m not sure if this was causing it, even it if was, it was a quick and easy alteration). Would recommend to anyone.

耐久性は良いです。 8年使ってますが、動作も問題なく正常いに動ています。 16ギガから32ギガに増やしましたが、パソコンの動作的にはそんなに変わりませんでした。
