Big Guys Welcome! - I got these cause I wanted some low profile walking shoes. Note - I am not a jogger. Im a walker/light crosstrainer. First off forget what you know about "most" Rebook narrow shoes. I was surprised to see these are wider from the arch to the toe. Almost in the shape of a Flip Flop as you look down on them. Im size 12, 6.1 and 230 so most shoes look so big and clunky. These do not. And...I need support but also traction for lateral movements. Think of these as 19" Perelli Tires. They are Low profile from the side, NICE LOW HEEL so you dont feel like your wearing stilettos and wide for great traction and balance so your foot hits the ground nice and even. They have a built in elastic piece under the tongue so you'll need to wear decent thin socks. But it stretched fine for me. I used them a few times already for a 1 HOUR WALK and POWER WALK and the verdict was great. Every step felt solid, secure and supported as my foot hit the ground. Also, the material shows weaved mesh-like but it seems like its coated with something so its not so soft so your foot wont slide around side to side. The other ones I would like are the New Balance Minnimus ?? Those I wanted but they were out of white. Overall very happy and I would get them again. Review: Best "do it all" gym shoe available! - Lift, jump, rope climb, gymnastics, calisthenics, HIIT, run (YES, run!), or chill... these shoes do it all! They are extremely well made, the uppers are probably the most durable I have ever owned on an athletic sneaker. They are also extremely breathable with great ventilation for thes high intensity workouts. The toe box is wide and the midsole is stable through the heel which is awesome for weight lifting (squats). The front of the midsole is cushy enough for a comfortable run. The shoes are a little on the heavy side for dedicated running, but thats good for training... when you switch over to dedicated running shoes after training in these, youll fly! Lastly, I love the way they look. Of course looks are of little importance for a performance based shoe like these, but who doesnt like a stylish kick in the gym? Hands down, these are the best general workout shoes I have found... and Ive tried them all including Nobull trainers, Metcon 3-5, etc.

Great shoes for the gym!
This is my first pair of sneakers that I bought exclusively for the gym. I like to lift weights, whether free weights or machines. I don't understand why nobody ever told me to buy gym sneakers. These are so comfortable to work out in!!! I love these sneakers. Great quality and look sharp. I am a size 14 and wear orthotics. I bought a 14 and they fit perfectly. They are easy to adjust tighter or looser, so the orthotics didn't make a difference. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of gym sneakers. I have always worn running or basketball sneakers. These are much better and give much more support for when I do heavy lifting. Buy these!!!

Nice upon initial wear
I purchased these shoes strictly for indoor workouts like T25 and Insanity. My Nike Lunar TR1s were great and I needed a replacement after I'd worn them out over several years. So far so good, very comfortable toolbox, not too much cushioning but enough for plyo workouts. I plan on wearing these only indoors for workouts only. Seems well constructed, hoping I dont have sole separation as others described. Nice flat sole for plyo. Kind of pricey but hope they last a long time. True to size as well.

Great workout shoe, but men should definitely order at least a half size up
Great, rigid shoes for gym work. I use these primarily for regular, non Olympic weightlifting, and cardio on an air resistance bike. Good non slip outsole. Haven't had any slipping incidents even when covered in sweat. Has a very wide toe box to accommodate bigger guys with enormous Sasquatch feet, but lengthwise these shoes can be a little tight so order at least a half size above your normal sizing. The shoes remind me of neoprene/elastic Dryshod and Muck boots, but with perforations to help manage foot perspiration. Don't take these outside expecting them to survive the elements though; they're meant for indoor gym duty and nothing else. One thing to note: the insole is basic and not an orthotic insole, so if you need arch support plan on buying insoles.

Great shoe for HIIT and Weight training
The Nano does exactly what you'd expect from a training shoe. I noticed the difference between the Nano and my running shoe immediately. The Nano is stiffer and provides a great deal more support for lateral movement. The drop is perfect for weight training and substantially different from the running shoe. I was literally leaning forward doing squats with my running shoe and don't have that problem with the Nano. I'm using the shoes for HIIT workouts and they are performing extremely well. Plenty of support for the moves. Good shoe for jump rope workouts. I would not recommend them for running more than 50 meters at a time. They are heavy and don't have the cushioning that running shoes do. (But then that's not why you'd buy Nano's, is it?) They do just fine for short sprints. I've used them every day for about 3 months and they are holding up great from a durability standpoint. I'd definitely recommend the Reebok Nano to others looking for a high-quality training shoe.

A noticeable improvement over runners or cheap tennis shoes.
I recently began to actually take care of myself. I had been using some cheap shoes during CrossFit/kettlebell workouts. I didn’t want to spend money on something that I would give up on. After about 6 months of sticking with it, I bought these on a recommendation of a friend. Even to a novice like me, I can tell the difference they make. The rigid heel and arch cup make lifting weights much more stable. The reinforcement in the outside of the upper and the short toe cap make push-ups easier on my toes. The toe box is extra wide and flares well coming out of the narrow arch support. The laces are long enough to use but short enough that they don’t flop around. Would highly recommend these shoes.

Can't beat it; if money is not a factor
Been lifting for years. Started off doing typical bro-building, then powerlifting, then Olympic lifting, and now doing CrossFit. One constant has always been my Chuck Taylors as they are the premier flat lifting shoe. My wife purchased her nano 9's and she was so amazed (also dos crossfit) with them she bought these for me…. Wow. Hands down the best lifting shoes I've ever worn. The stability is essentially perfect with a super flat bottom similar to the chucks. They are much more functional than chucks though. The fit is about perfect; I wouldn't say they run big or small. I wear a 10 in most shoes, and a 10 fit perfectly. They are wide though; which for me is a good thing. If you have notably skinny feet, I'd look into the metcons. I wouldn't advise running more than a mile or two straight in these though; they are too flat. For everything outside of running; A+. But that's too be expected… its not a running shoe. I have no brand loyalty (except for my adipower Olympic shoes). But I can safely say, unbiased, these are the best all-purpose shoes I've ever worn. If money IS a factor, look into the Nano 8's. From what I've heard via word of mouth they are about 90% as good as these and now with these out they are like 50$ cheaper.

Just right
If you have wider feet like me and you’re after a flat sole trainer for weight training then these are just right.
