I started using this upon purchase of a new car in 2020 because the dealer was using it to ensure my 100,00 mile warranty / engines for life program. So, I thought it might be helpful on my other vehicles as well. All of my cars are running smooth now and it gives me peace of mind. It is easy to replace some of your motor oil with a can of this additive. Just pop open the can, pour it in and check that your oil level is correct. This company has been around for awhile and it is reasonably priced to add to a new oil change. I will continue to use this from now on and am pleased with the results so far.

I have been using BG products for 30 years and I have NEVER been disappointed! BG products work!! That’s it they just work! I have never had a second thought or been disappointed in anyway with any of the products I have used!!

This is the second time I ordered this from this seller and the product arrived quickly and in good cond. Long story, at 50,000 miles my 2010 Subaru Forester 2.5 l turbo was getting a P0021 check engine code, the Subaru dealer said there was no mechanical issue and that the check engine light was caused by gunk buildup in the (very small) variable valve timing cam phaser oil passages, (it seemed odd since I was using high quality synthetic oil and changing it every 3000 miles). They told me the way they fix that was to run BG cleaner pn109 through the engine and then drained the oil and added a can of BG pn 115 oil supplement. They also told me that it was a good idea to add a can of BG pn115 supplement with each oil change to keep them clean. Unfortunately, the P0021 code would still fire every 6 months to a year after that, each time it happened I cleared the code with a code reader and used BG cleaner followed by BG supplement and it would be good for a while. I only used the BG pn 109 cleaner when the check engine light triggered but I continued to use BG pn115 supplement at each oil change. At 90,000 miles (following the advice of a Subaru performance shop) I had the banjo fitting screens removed in the oil lines for the turbo, they said the screens were not dirty or clogged but removing them would improve oil flow to the turbos and make them last longer. I haven't had a check engine light since that was done 2 years and 10,000 miles ago, I am still adding BG pn115 supplement with each 3000 mile oil change. I don't know if the fix was removing the banjo fitting screens or continued use of BG products or both. Fingers crossed but I haven't had a check engine code for 2 years now, my vehicle now has 100,000 miles on it.

BG makes great products. This one is another " dealership dirty little secret", which is how I was introduced to this product. A good friend of mine is a mechanic in a Honda dealership. He's instructed to use BG 109 flush, then use BG- MOA 115 as an additive to an oil change job. The customer is not aware of this. MOA-115 extends the life of the engine oil. I've been using both for years now. Gas mileage has increased since using these products. Good stuff. Highly recommend if you plan on keeping you're car.
