For some people depression is just a low magnesium level. Seems to be that way for me. Been getting this from the shopping networks but if I don't catch it "on sale" I can pay $25 more for the larger bottle and it can take up to 2 weeks to get it. If Andrew decides to go with Amazon in the future I would prefer that to playing the home shopping game. I trust Andrew's products.

I used to get really bad leg and feet/toes cramps. I used to cry sometimes from the pain. I read somewhere that magnesium could help so I decided to order these. Wow! What a difference they make. Once in awhile I do get toe cramps but very miner. These capsules have help me so much. I will not be without them. Thank you, Andrew.

This product works excellent on my leg cramps at night and it does not upset my stomach!

I've long taken a magnesium citrate supplement without any side effects. I thought I've give this brand a try since it was recommended by a family member. This one had me glad I hadn't left the house that day, painful cramps and diarrhea. Whew!...not for me. I'm curious how much of the magnesium blend in this product is oxide. I suspect that may be the culprit.

I tend to have low calcium issues. I often wake up with leg cramps or “restless legs.” If I take 2 of these before bedtime, I have no restless legs and no leg cramps. My husband saw how it helped me and began taking it, too. Easiest calcium to tolerate that I ever used.
