These enzymes are an exceptional product and value, despite the dismaying price at the outset. I have previously tried several other high end, vegan digestive enzymes, including ones from Baseline Nutritionals, Arthur Andrews and a few from Enzymedica, and these are overall a better product, with overall higher counts of enzymes, including most individual ones that are present in competing products, and as a bonus, they are less expensive than the other makers. As with the other brands I mentioned, they are not loaded with junk fillers and problematic ingredients, you are only getting what you want. I highly recommend these, for anyone that requires a high quality, high potency vegan digestive enzyme. The initial cost of these is high, but the cost per dose is less in the long run, and they are worth every pretty penny. I take generally one or two capsules a day, usually with heavier meals, especially ones that are high in fat (fat is something which my gallbladder takes issue with). The 270 count size will last me quite a long time, even when I take more than two a day.I feel I should note that the capsules are quite large, probably a 00 (double zero) size cap, if not even larger (000). I don't have any issues with them sticking in my throat. For me, it just means more enzymes per dose, and I am okay with that, but some people may be put off by the capsule size.It should be noted that this company, Allegany Nutrition, does not sell directly to the general public, they only sell through healthcare pros, so I am happy to have found these here with nominal markup over suggested price, the difference likely to cover shipping. Since I cannot afford a naturopath or anything of the sort, I am grateful.

I take a lot of natural supplements and this is def one that I make sure to keep stocked! I love it! Helps with digestion, heart burn and could be my imagination but I think it helps with metabolism too. I take 2-3 before every meal and then before bed.

My nutritionalist recommended these to me and I have been taking them for at least 6 months. Love them. Easy to swallow. They are pricey but I was told that enzymes are not just for digesting food. Whatever is not used for food your body uses to clean up the blood. So I believe in taking enzymes on a regular basis. I have never had any problems taking these. They are high quality and plant source.

Out of the numerous enzymes I have used over the years these are by far the most effective. With other brands, I have to take several capsules at each meal to prevent indigestion. With these I just need 1 capsule with each meal. I have been taking these for at least 5 years now. I would like not to have to take enzymes one day, but these have bee a lifesaver.

The price is somewhat high. And maybe there is some other product just as good for cheaper. But, this one works for me.

Best enzyme on the market. I had a blood test before I started taking these and I saw that I had cells stuck together due to poor digestion. Went for another blood test after taking these and my blood was perfect!

I'd be lost without these enzymes! I am 46 and discovered I have food allergies. My digestive system was a wreck. These enzymes help with digestion. By elminating wheat products and incorporating these enzymes, my "plumbing" is so much better. I take 2 tablets when I eat a meal. All is well.

Did much research in finding this type of product; then in a serendipitous way found that this product was about equal with a much touted product that was more expensive.
