I went to a Holistic Dr of Experimental Medicine (Harvard Degree) for digestive issues I was having every time I ate and this was one of the supplements he gave me. Over time I have added and taken away many supplements from my diet, but this one has remained a staple for over two years. I take one every time I eat and along with cutting a few problematic foods out of my diet, I no longer feel bad after eating. I pair this pill with a probiotic.
