Fantastic Service
I bought this engagement ring and was expecting it by a particular date. The plan was to propose to my lady whilst on our summer hols. Unfortunately, the date was changed so I got in touch with the seller who took it upon himself to have my ring packed up and send it special delivery and it arrived in time for me to sneak it in my hand baggage. When the moment arrived my lady was suitably surprised and said yes. She was very impressed with the quality of the ring but it was quite large. I got in touch with the seller again and he agreed to resize it for a very modest fee on our return to the UK. Managed to get an accurate sizing from the local jewellery store and then sent the ring back to the seller. I received a message and photo from him acknowledging receipt. Inside 5 working days, the ring was returned and fitted perfectly. All l can add to this is that the service has been absolutely superb. Nothing has been too much trouble and if I ever get engaged again😂😂, I'll know exactly where to go. You've been brilliant. Thank you so very much

Excellent value for a real diamond
I was a little apprehensive at first, as I needed clarity on whether or not it was a true, natural diamond (not lab made), however, my beautiful ring came with a certificate of authenticity and I’m very happy with it. Would highly recommend. The company kept in touch with me and answered all my questions swiftly, leading up to me placing my order. Superb value for money
