Received in January 2023 expiry is February 2023.

Arrived well within the timeframe, but the description says 900mg. This leads one to believe that they are 900mg capsules when in fact you need 4 capsules to obtain a 900mg dose. Very misleading and calculated way of wording. I have yet to see if they are effective. I will update my review in due course. But for now I am giving a two star review because if the deceptive wording in the description.

These have been a life changer. They are so easy to swallow, no taste but the effects are amazing. I am feeling much more relaxed and less anxious and night sweats have dramatically reduced....thank you

I’m happy with this ashwagandha because it helps me with morning anxiety and there is a lot of them. WillProbably buy again
