Very attractive, but sturdy it is not
I thought this item was standout attractive, and a good fit for the bamboo motif of our guest bath. I'm concerned, though at just how durable this unit will be, since the arm that holds the tissue roll is attached - by you - to the tray with super glue. So, when I opened the package envelope, I could see the shrink wrap had been opened. There were two sets of instructions, both of which were clearly telling me how to assemble the unit. Both referenced materials that were included in the packaging, but they referenced different objects, had different procedures and different illustrations. Looking at them a little more closely, it became apparent that one set of instructions were older, as the adhesives it referred to were already age-hardened in their containers (still in the shrink wrapping). The 'newer' instructions illustrated the objects and adhesives that must have been inserted through the hole in the shrink wrap. Okaaaaaay...fine, trying to save some money by refreshing the adhesives...great, good idea. Nothing wrong with the tray and tissue holder arm.Now that I've figured out the almost-duplicate instructions, I'm ready to begin assembly. As I'm looking over how I'm going to have to assemble the thing, it strikes me that I'm going to have to reassemble it within a year or two, and probably every year or two after that for as long as I continue to use this item. I just don't see how anyone can reasonably expect an off-brand super glue from China (not even a known brand) to weld the end of an aluminum tube (the tissue holder arm) to the underside of the bamboo tray. It'd be one thing if the arm was a solid aluminum rod, but it's a hollow tube, 1/16" or less thick. So the bamboo tray piece is fitted into an aluminum tray. There's a hole drilled through aluminum underside that matches the outer circumference of the tissue holder arm. There's a smaller hole drilled into the bamboo underside, and a 2-inch plastic rod that (I THINK, because it wasn't shown in the 'new' directions) you're supposed to glue into the hole in the bamboo. Then, (again, guessing, because this isn't shown in the directions) you're supposed to apply super glue to the rod that's left sticking out of the bottom of the tray, then shove the tissue holder arm onto the plastic rod. Work QUICKLY to position the arm exactly as you want it, because you've got about 5 seconds before the glue sets. Apply some additional glue around the edge of the tissue arm where it meets the underside of the tray. Apply as much as you can without making a mess and glueing your fingers together or to the tray. That, if you can believe it, is that. Leave it alone for the recommended three hours while the glue sets, then mount the L bracket to the tray underside, and mount the finished assembly to the wall. Cross your fingers it won't come apart the first time you tear off a strip of tissue. Honestly, I think I'll just take the thing to the local welding school and pay someone to tack it together with a gas tungsten welder. At least it'll never come apart.

Looks pretty. That's all.
Pros:-Looks good.Cons (installed following directions perfectly):-The tray doesn't lay perfectly against the wall so it wiggles. I don't think it will fall though.-The bar that hold the toilet paper roll hangs, and it's glued, not screwed in. So, looking back, it makes sense that at some point it would fall. I used the glue provided with the product and it didn't hold. Then I used the super glue I use for pretty much everything else, and after maybe 6 weeks, it also fell.I ended up leaving the tray and buying another TP holder that I installed below it.Pictures attached.

Elegant and easy to use
Only thing I was not happy with was the tiny wooden plug that fits into the aluminum arm that holds the toilet paper roll came broken. Normal times, I'd have returned it for a replacement but not going out to drop at UPS so I glued the broken piece together. Installation was pretty easy for me as screws were going into wood so can't comment on the gluing to a tile wall. But now that it's in, I love it. Perfect to fit these new MEGA rolls everyone uses. And the little shelf is perfect for a container of wipes, although my son suggested it would be a perfect place to set your beer while you were using the toilet.

No good installation available. Liquid nails were solid in the tube!
I ordered this one because I liked the wood finish. I installed in on a sheet rock wall. The silicone inserts worked loose while screwing in the screws. It was barely hanging on the wall and had a pitch like a roof. So, I decided to try the liquid nails that came with it. Nope! The liquid nails had already hardened in the tube.Definitely a bad product. Now I have to decide if I should go buy some liquid nails or send this back.

does not install well
there are very small screw holes and tiny screws to attach this to the wall. They are not sturdy enough to keep the holder flush against the wall. It also comes with super glue to attach the holder, but I could not get that to work.

Exactly as picture shown, happy with my purchase!
I needed a toilet paper holder with shelf for either a box of wipes and cell phone so I found it in this product. I absolutely love this toilet paper holder! This is a great little addition to our bathroom. And great for setting ur phone on while using the toilet.

Great for the money
Nice looking product. Perfect size for my Google Pixel phone. The the little bar that the toilet paper hangs on is held on with glue. They sent glue along with the item, but the bottle was empty.. so make sure you have some glue. Super glue, E6000, something good.

Looks nice but doesn't do the most important thing -dispense toilet paper
This would be a great holder if the toilet paper would stay on. The fitting at the end of the "arm" is small and does not keep the roll on the holder. Everytime we use it, the TP falls off and rolls across the floor. Very irritating! It will be more of an issue to remove the fitting at this point so I will buy something to attach to the end in lieu of the current piece.
