Amazing book. I loved it
This book was awesome!!!! It really fed my hunger for information on personal development. I really enjoyed the part where it talked about the dip. The "dip" as the book calls it is whenever you are putting in a lot of time and effort but the results are not coming as fast. But if you keep going during this time you are that much closer to success rather than giving up and never achieving what you set out to accomplish.I also really enjoyed the part where it talked about if you have set a particular time frame for your goal and you are not progressing as fast as you want to, then you should see what you can "tweak" In order to make faster progress. The knowledge in this book is pure gold. Definitely a must read for anyone who is working towards a worthwhile goal.

Valuable advice, though a bit superficial
Some advice was pretty valuable but left me wanting more details or examples of how to execute them. Overall many parts worth highlighting to recap or review later.

Very practical and useful advice.
I used it to reinforce some things I had previously known and practiced and learn some new ones.

A bit too basic for me. Author basically says ...
A bit too basic for me. Author basically says "if you want this, do that" and that's the cure all. There is no higher level thinking involved if you're struggling with hang ups or reasons why "do that" won't work for you.

A how-to and not giving up
A great, easy-to-read book on discipline and resilience. Martin Meadows doesn't waste your time and tells you what you need to know to start improving your resilience today. He backs his personal observations with current research and wraps up chapters with easy to reference summaries. Those looking for a book that gives practical, research-based steps towards improving resilience should look no further. The book also talks about improving discipline, and those who have read Martin Meadows book on self-discipline may find these parts a little repetitive. But, they do not detract from the book itself as they simply reiterate the importance of these concepts.

I hate to say it but I liked this book
In the world of self-improvement books there are a lot of repetativness this book is not an exception but for some reason ideas described here clicked me. I don't have much to say but it feels like this book has a lot of value to offer in addition it is very short. So I do recommend it

Book less than expected
No question good suggestions, but similar points have been published by many people many many times, so nothing new here. I was expecting stories of inspiration of people who have shown extraordinary grit to accomplish their goals, but this book isn't that.

Powerful and to the point
This is a very smooth and easy read. It is helpful because it is short. There is no unnecessary explanation and narrating. It is powerful, simple and to the point. I have read so many help books and I find myself skipping parts but NOT with this book. I must admit though I have skipped the last part where six famous people tell us their own experiences.

Seemed Rushed To Me .
Sorry but I thought this book was "light weight" and rushed no really depth to this work. Only went about one level deep.
