Bought these knowing they were a “bargain” purchase. When unpackaged, the bulbs made a rattling noise that was disconcerting, but when plugged in the turned on. We went to the trouble of installing mounts in our plant case and getting the lights in. 10-15 min later we smelled a really odd stench and realized one light had completely turned off. It will not come back on. When I contacted amazon, they had to contact the third party seller. We would have just liked a replacement fixture as there were two and one appears to work okay. The company was slow to respond, and then was abrupt and asked us if we had done any “troubleshooting”. I replied that we were not interested in troubleshooting a brand new item. They said they would send a label so we could return the items for a refund. They took their time, and then when I finally got a link for a label, it was a photo/scan of a label?! It would not print out the right size, or clearly, Fed Ex would not accept. Extremely confusing. If you’re going to create a label— shippers have so many easy ways to send a copy of that label to the customer! I complained once again to amazon and they decided to file a claim. If the company didn’t get in touch, we would be considered for a refund. About a week later, zero communication from this company and just received notice that we are getting our refund. Buyer beware. Terrible customerservice with this seller.

Lights are good. The place where the cord plugs into the light is ok at best. It wiggles loose easily. Decent light for the price. Plants are doing well.
