I’m an older woman who wants to keep arm strength up and mobility…..what weight is recommended ? Don’t want too light or too heavy.

Personally I would recommend 1kg weight as a good average between light and heavy, and this particular product has been a great purchase - comfortable to hold, and they don t roll away when you place them on the floor...... FYI am 58 years old and take 2 x pilates classes per week and use these weights throughout these sessions.

Stared to work out again after years break, need to tone and drop weight so would the 2kg or 3kg be better for this??

I don't know how fit and muscular you are and also how old you are and your gender. I go to the gym twice a week, do line dancing and ballroom dancing, go on strenuous walks but I am not young and am female. The 2kg is ok for me. I am sorry if I am unable to help you anymore.
