Bought for daughters birthday. She's worn it twice. Battery doesn't last well, needs charged every night and even then it doesn't last until end of school. It took a while to set up. Had to buy a specific sim card as none I had worked (gafgaf). I did get a response from the company when I contacted with problems which I appreciated. I don't even know where it is. Touch screen is okay. Location, when it worked, was accurate, when it didn't work you saw where it was manufactured in China/Hong Kong/wherever! You buy a sim card and use it like a mobile phone so if it runs out of credit it no longer works. I don't recommend this watch. I bought her a £40 mobile phone and she takes that out with her instead.

The seller is absolutely fantastic! So very helpful, professional and prompt when communicating. Excellent customer service!However, the watch just did not work for us. We spent a week communicating with the seller trying to get all features working on the watch, but due to the lack of 2G coverage (now the country is using 4G and 5G) some features won’t work.It does enable you to make calls and receive calls, SOS feature etc. But it doesn’t not give accurate location/tracking, and the thing my daughter wanted time most was the pedometer, which doesn’t work.We will never know if it was a fault with this particular watch, or with Tesco mobile sim as I am not prepared to buy new ones just in case the same happens again and money is wasted.The seller has given a full refund.

This smart watch is one of the best purchases I've made! I had previously bought a different smart watch, from a different company, for my 10 yr old son and although it worked ok, the touch screen was not very good & it stopped working after only 4 months, so I was very hesitant buying another one.Then I saw this smart watch & decided to buy & try it and its great! Everything works & the touch screen is very responsive. When making calls, the sound is clear. The buttons for dialling & texting are just the right size for his fingers and the fit is comfortable. Additional features like the GPS tracking, security geofence and class mode were things I hadn't thought about but they are proving to be very useful indeed. My only criticism is the GPS tracking was not as accurate as I had hoped but its enough to get a close proximate to the location and after speaking with their online support, it was suggested that I use a 2G SIM card, which I intend to get. I must also say that their online customer support is 5 star! They were quick, courteous & concise in their explanation of how to resolve the GPS issue. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the watch & my son loves it. I don't often leave comments online but in this case I had to because a great product and good customer service should be told.

Seller was very helpful. However it still took too long to get the watch working. The issue was device name. Use short words, no special characters. I used my son's name (6 letters) with apostrophe and it stopped watch from working. After numerous attempts to register, re-register, resets and installing/uninstalling the app I changed divice name to his initials only (without characters) and it worked the treat. No major issues since. Battery life too short. If you make few calls it will last half a day tops. Overall great product. My son is very happy with it as it makes him "cool".

These watches at first seem a great idea, until you try to actually use them. Children are so disappointed - messages occasionally get through, tracking is way off (when the app works at all) but mostly you just get Account Error and cant see anything! I just wanted to send them occasional messages, but it is noting more than a time teller that runs out of battery quickly. I’ve given up out of pure frustration.

It is good product. So far it works well. The lbs is a little off but all lbs trackers is this way. The gps is accurate. The battery if auto update switched to hourly can last for almost 2 days. The touch screen is good but sometimes fail to receive the commands. With a little wiping the touch screen is responsive again. I guess it is sensitive on water and sweat.I think that is a good product and would recomended it as it does what is supposed to do.

Absolutely awful product , does not work as advertised !You have to have a contract on the SIM card you insert which also has to be a esim card , that is not advertised anywhere or in the beyond poor ‘instructions’ that came with the watch !The app doesn’t connect to the watch correctly and the watch wouldn’t link up to it, even with the correct SIM card it wouldn’t receive signal !I had a very disappointed child on their birthday!The customer service isn’t great either and I’m still waiting on a reply after requesting a refund !!DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH !!!
