Systemic Enzymes Easy to Find through Amazon
Allegany Nutrition Systemic Enzymes are a high lipase enzyme product (12,000 FIP) when other enzyme combinations sometimes have little or no lipase in them. The result is that if fats are one of the things you have troubles digesting then this should be enough to work for a fairly high fat meal. Those who designed it apparently had another purpose of using the enzymes to clear the body. My interest was in digesting fat which I was not assimilating well.It works but I found that i actually needed a range of enzyme products since some meals are low in fats and if you have a product that is too strong for the meal you may end up with a stomach ache.This is my high end product and i have enzyme products that go down to 1000 FIP (Animal enzyme products use a different standard). For vegetarian products I have read that some amount of FIPs will digest a certain amount of fat ( Iforget the exact numbers but a few thousand FIPs should be OK for lower fat meals ). This hasn't worked very well as I find that I need to take some low level enzymes part way through a heavy meal to keep my digestive system on track.

The power of digestive help
Aside from fish oils, a potent nutrient partitioning multi-enzyme product is probably the single best supplement a person can use if they are truly going "all-out" for their health or have digestive or malabsorption issues. When it comes to these products "Natto LP" has been, and remains one of the best in the business.

My husband swears by this product
I can't offer much detail, since I bought this for my husband, but he swears by it. He uses it to help with his blood pressure. He does complain that it sometimes causes stomach pain and you have to take it on a completely empty stomach. He takes it twice a day and it prevented him from having to go on prescription blood pressure medication. We have purchased this a number of times from this seller on Amazon and are pleased with our service.
