I discovered the salmon treats from another Veterinary website that cost $5 more a bag. I was so thrilled to find a different brand on amazon. They are just as good as the more expensive ones and these are a high value training treat that I use for my puppy dog. She loves them and its the best way I can get her to learn something new and especially when there's new people that come around. I break out a salmon treat, give her one give the new person one to offer her, and they're best friends for life! I highly recommend these the price is very reasonable and the quality seems very good. The pieces are fairly big except for the ones that kind of break up in packaging but that's to be expected. And those go to the kittie's, they love them too!

The product is freeze-dried well. There are a few choice cuts in the bag, but most of it is pulverized to dust, hard to crumble and/or just salmon skin.I use this as a cat food topper. When I am able to get a nice meaty piece and crumble it over the cat food, my cat gobbles it up.Most of the time, I have to battle salmon skin to get a piece to crumble. Not a good food topper because of the struggle. My cat loves the flavor though.

These are great because they are pure beef liver. I like that. No fillers, etc. So good for my dog and she really likes them which probably doesn't count because so far she loves everything.

It’s just salmon, no processing just dried which is wonderfully healthy, in little nice bite sizes pieces - some pieces are small and some pieces are a little bit bigger just by the nature of the product. The sizes were perfect for my 80 pound dog and my 10 pound cat. I bought it for my dog as a high value treat for training but my cat ended up begging for it too. They both love it it’s not crunchy or hard. It’s just dried out. It’s perfect.
