I love layered lasagna with tons of toppings - and this pan is PERFECT for fitting all of that into a dish. The extra-tall height allows for a towering stack of baked deliciousness, I no longer have to choose between spinach OR mushrooms, banana peppers OR olives, sausage OR beef - I can fit everything plus more!Also works fantastically for baking Breakfast Strata for the entire office - The tall height means that you can portion out small (but tall) squares that still pack a filling punch.Durable, good coating, should last me for a long time!Only one note: If you run it through the dishwasher or soak in the sink, make extra sure to drain the rolled lips thoroughly. If you don't the trapped water will start to rust - and when you take it out of the dishwasher you'll inadvertently fling orange rusty water spots all over your cabinet doors and counter top and fridge. Like I did. 🤦 Easy enough to avoid, just a surprise if you aren't expecting it.

I will post up some photos after I cook Thanksgiving, which is what I mostly bought this pan for, our delicious dressing that I make in double each year. I had been using a roasting pan that is absolutely so old it was cracking. It was time to upgrade and I sure am glad I did!WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL PANTHE SIZE: This pan is larger than 9x13, and taller. It will handle a big funeral or family reunion casserole or a doubled lasagne with extra layers! Nothing much reaches the top of the pan so no boil-overs in the oven! You could easily roast two chickens or one chicken with lots of veggies or about an 18 pound turkey in this pan. Exterior Product Dimensions 15 3/4 x 11 x 3-inch , Interior Dimensions 15 x 10 x 3-inch. The height is substantial.THE WEIGHT and THICKNESS: I saw another review say it was light weight. It isn't light weight, I would consider this heavy weight, but not as heavy as ceramic. It is easily removed from the oven no matter what rack you have it on. Some cooks may have a learning curve due to the surface, thickness and size with respect to time needed to cook. This is a heavy gauge pan that can take the heat, and heat tolerant to 450 degrees F.THE BAKE: It bakes evenly and browns beautifully. Would be great for a doubled cake but I've not tried that yet. No warping from heat. Always sits level.THE CLEAN UP: Only wash by hand, never in the dishwasher. If you do wash in the dishwasher expect water to become trapped in the rolled edges at the top. I learned this the hard way with my heavy duty sheet pans. It cleans up with soap, water and a gentle brush. Follow by a hand dry and rack dry. Any baked on food slides off easily during wash.THE COATING: The Silicate/Glass based Ceramic Non-Stick Coating is Cadmium, Lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS and PFAS Free. Ceramic coating is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. It doesn't scratch easily but do not cut in it with metal and expect it to be perfect after. Get silicone, wood and/or plastic utensils to use with it.THE METAL: Made from Carbon Steel. No Aluminum! No forever chemicals!THE COLORS: There are 4 beautiful colors at the time of purchase, I bought the rose gold. It has the little white flecks in it and is truly a beautiful choice. I got this color because my sheet pans are near this color anyway.NO HANDLES: After having an unfortunate freak accident with handles on another pan breaking while hot, I can say that this pan is perfect without handles and fits in the fridge easily.PREPARATION DAY BEFORE: You can prepare what you will be baking the day before, cover it and it will easily go from fridge to oven to table.I recommend this baking pan and hope you decide to purchase one for yourself!

Love how deep this pan is & super easy to clean up!

I really like this pan. It’s a great size but most importantly it’s nice and deep!!! I’ve been cooking over 50 years and have had several of this type of pan but never one that way nice and deep. It makes a big difference especially when making lasagna that you have extra room for another layer or enough room so when it bubbles it doesn’t spill over onto your oven floor. I got the blue and it’s a very rich color that I really love. I would never buy the red because when using sauce it’s just too close in color. My opinion only. All colors perform the same I’m sure... The only downside to this pan is that you can’t use metal utensils. Otherwise you’ll scratch the nonstick coating. I actually bought a great set of knives on Amazon that are for use in coated surfaces. They’re also great at cutting brownies like a pro. They’re made of a plastic like material. I use these knives along with my rubber spatula to remove most anything after baking. All in all I would highly recommend buying this pan!!!

Terrific pan & very, very easy to clean. My only knock is it's easy to scratch & I'm careful with it. I'm guessing that's why the coating has “flecks,” which makes the scratches harder to see!

I own one piece of Casaware and absolutely love it. It cleans easily and still looks brand new. The lasagna pan is another beauty. Nice large and deep pan which does have nice weight to it. I never use sharp utensils on these pans because I don’t want to scratch the finish. Very satisfied with this pan.

We bought 2. Versatile and sturdy. High sides, non flimsy, easy clean multi functional. Dishwasher safe. The colors add an attractive element. Baking and roasting made simple.

After a while the red coating comes off and it rusts.

Used it to make lasagna last night. It is a large enough to do three layers plus the final top layer. Cleans up easily as well. Very pleased so far.

Awesome product. Came 2 weeks early. Would order again.
