Gravitax makes a quality product! Purchased for a 12 year old who got the starter set as well. These products won Christmas (even over the electronics and everything else!!) Days and days have already been spent making new tracks! It’s fantastic to see kids get lost in a world of creativity instead of on electronics.

My son is obsessed with Gravitrax! They are the LEGO for tweens

My grandson loves the gravitrax.In most pictures the track itself looks like metal but it's not. It's plastic just like the rest of the set but if you wanna get kids away from screens this will do it.It is a tiny bit complicated to set up but it has so many different configurations that I was enjoying the set up lol. It is gravity feed but it does have points that will keep the marble up to speed.Only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because it looks like metal tracks when it's plastic. So we kind of question the longevity but it's still fun

I thought the idea of getting these add-ons was to expand the starter kit that you must buy SEPARATELY first. We've purchased every single one of these add-ons, but none of them include any height tiles at all!!! Without these height tiles you cannot elevate the marble high enough to use "gravity" to give it enough speed to make these add-ons work! The product should not be called Gravitrax. It should be called "Lets Just Push the Marble by Hand". Yes, the starter kit has some height tiles, but not nearly enough. And yes, you can purchase them SEPARATELY, and we have. And, no, there was still not enough. C'mon Ravensburger!! For the price that you are charging for these, you can afford to throw in some height tiles.

The Volcano did not arrive, the picture doesn't match the item's name. I knew this when I bought it, but I assumed that the name would be what arrived. Instead I got what was pictured, which is actually a Tip Tube.

Despite the manufacturer stating that the pictures are incorrect and that this is for the volcano NOT the tip tube, I was sent the tip tube. I am very disappointed that the listing still has the wrong pictures and the wrong item is still being sent. This has been going on for months without being fixed.

Bought this as an extra present for my grandson. He has huge assortment of Gravitrax and loved this particularly. Keeps them busy for hours.

This is not really compatible with the starter set. The hole in the set and the ball is smaller than the starter set balls. Very frustrating. Have returned as item is not as described.
