Great support, soft enough to sleep like baby. Got it four days ago and had been using it every night. Best pillow I’ve bought. First time trying a memory pillow like this one, and it didn’t disappoint!!! Now I can finally sleep/watch tv on my side without the need of folding a pillow. To be sincere, when I first opened it, I thought it was kind of flat (it came in vacuum sealed bag) and thought it would take hours to get fluffy - but didn’t. Within an hour or so it was ready to use (you need to shake it a bit also). It’s perfect for my neck/head/shoulders - not sure if people with wide necks/shoulders or big heads will find it comfortable. But you don’t loose anything by trying it. I love it!!

My pillow came in hard but that was expected.."Memory Foam" comes in hard and it takes time to brake-in. Especially if its summer and your AC is making your room cold ,I experience this last year with my memory foam mattress at first it felt like sleeping on a rock but after a few months its eventually became very comfortable. Customer service is very helpful and is very quick to respond for your concerns...hope this helps others when purchasing a memory foam product.

So far love this pillow; It was funny it came "shrink wrapped" so I thought I bought the wrong one. My neck as of today feels better and I am getting a better night sleep. The height of the sides works well for my height.

Nice, and would be perfect if it was silk.

My neck hurt much more after using this pillow for 4 days. I quit using it and then developed burning, painful lesions on my neck and the back of my head which still has not resolved. I question the chemicals in the pillow.

I’m happy with this pillow, I was diagnosed with cervical disc degeneration, I’ve been having a lot of neck pain. This resolved it and helps keep me on my back versus laying on my stomach. It’s comfortable to sleep on the side too. It’s great that has a nice soft washable cover. I was concerned it would smell, but it has no odor. It’s a great pillow if you have frequent neck pain.

Pillow is hard it never softened at all but it does cradle my neck. I had an acdf 6 months ago so I still struggle getting comfortable.
