I opened the box and immediately saw quality. Why? Everything that it come with, the packaging, and the instructions.1. I have not tested it's waterproofing abilities yet, though I should have before applying it to my phone, I recommend doing this.2. The little circle sticky tabs are sticky on both sides! The case has on one the inside of the front already. Make sure it does not have a plastic cover on it because it needs to stick to your phone too. If the circle doesn't adhere the fingerprint reading will not work.3. I have taken the case apart like 5 times in two days. It shows zero sign of stress. I ran my finger between the cases instead of pulling it off. I recommend that you do not pull or peal the cases apart ever. Get a finger in between them once you separate the back from the front at the bottom. Then slide your finger to break the seam. Soory, I am terrible at writing out directions sometimes.4. I have used my head phone, charged it, and have taken a picture and all of it worked normally.5. Eye recognition works great, no issues what so ever using.6. All of the button mechanics work just time too.7. The case comes with a little microfiber cloth. Its great and keeps the phone looking clean.8. I have two toddlers. So far so good!9. Excellent buy for the money!

Great case. Very lightweight but also sturdy. No limitation on sensitivity. Fingerprint scanner still working like a charm. Fits very snug to the phone, no bubbles or lifting. I have no cons towards this product however, I have no tested waterproofing. All I can say is, the seal seems to be tight and secure. I highly recommend this case, although I wish it came in more colors (was hoping for purple).Edit: We lost a star. The case shows up in the camera when you use the wide angle view

Dirt gets in the back. No protection for the camera. No screen protection. When I dropped my phone the case came partially open. But I love it other wise. It is light weight. Easy to hold. It just has issues that really suck!

Open the package and I like this new mobile phone case, you will think the product is very good. When I put it on my mobile phone, my Sumsung phone felt completely new, just like a new mobile phone, very cool, very satisfied with this purchase.

The case itself is ok. The buttons are hard to push and the built-in screen protector keeps you from using the biometrics (thumbprint) feature.

I love the case and it's a pretty decent case but the fingerprint reader doesn't work while the case is on even if the sensitivity it's at it's highest.

i love it, snug fit. works very well with fingerprint the first try... solid contruction. fast shipment, highly recomended for Samsung s10+ users. i love thats its waterproof too. so basically makes your phone protected 360°. and its light too. has a good grip all around.
