They are easy to swallow pills, and it doesn't come with all the extra additives. This is a good brand trusted by many Lyme patients. It also helps with yeast, as I am on a lot of antibiotics, I need to protect my gut the best way I can. I take one capsule twice a day. This is one of the few GSE that has a higher milligram dose, which means less pills to swallow and a stronger dose. Dr recommended as a trusted brand and clean product. After a recent recall of thousands of vitamins and spent by a major supplier, Im glad to know this brand isn’t one that I need to be concerned with. Time and tests will tell if the grape seed extract is helping with digestive issues but so far so good and no adverse reactions.

My doctor is treating me for SIBO. I take 2 in the morning and another 2 in the afternoon along with 1 Grapefruit Seed Extract this has been a miracle. At first there is a lot of discomfort as the bad bacteria is being killed! I still have painful days, I have to say there are more good days than ever before. I'm very happy with this product and will buy it again. If you are using this product for the first time, take it easy, at first the pain will be almost unbearable DON'T give up it will be worth it.

I really like this brand. It's one of the only (if not the only) that has a high dosage which means less pills to swallow for me. With all the supplements I take for my health, I'm grateful to cut down pills anyway I can.
