The warmer works well, warms up fast and gets the dampness out in short order. My one complaint is that the power button and timer are located at the bottom and inside of one side. That makes it kind of awkward.

I am in South East Texas and it's been raining for weeks. Towels just don't want to dry even with the A/C going strong, and they sour. But with the towel dryer, it gets them quite warm and dry within a couple hours.This thing works really well and I do like having the 2/4 hour timer. If you like, you can leave it on 24/7, something not made clear in the description above.I put the feet on mine and have it on the floor. The switch is really too low for this setup, but it forces me to stretch a little each day. All the other similar products have the switch in the same place. If you hang it on the wall it will be easier to operate.

We liked everything about the towel dryer up until a week ago; then, the heating element died. There is still electricity getting to it as evidenced by the lights indicating 'On'. We are only a two member family, husband and wife. It was used moderately and gently. My husband looked at it but said it appears that the element/s are inside a rivited area. What to do??? Less than a year's use? Avoid this one!Could I hear a response from the manufacturer, please? If any help is offered, I'll alter the number of stars and review accordingly.

Nice towel warmer. Two easy push buttons. One for on and off the other is for the timer. One option is for 2 hours or 4. Got a killer deal from Amazon Wearhouse. Use it for a nice warm towel after your shower or bath. Helped give my bathroom the feel of a 5 star hotel.

This was intended to be a gift to be used exiting the tub/shower. However, it simply does not get the towel warm enough to be of value. Could be suitable for drying wet towels, mittens and such. But as a towel warmer as a treat for a bather, it falls far short of expectations.

Maybe i got a defective item because it does not warm the towels enough

We already love our Warming Rack. It Warmth on the beach towels is wonderful.It was Easley Assembled and ready to use in minutes.

The towel warmer was easy to assemble and it does heat the towels gently. It looks a little cheap and is quite light. Fine for warming a couple towels but it isn’t gorgeous or overly stable.

Easy assembly, can be wall-mounted (but I had no space for that), or on feet. For free-standing mount the electrical button positioning (close to floor) is inconvenient (minus one star). Having used it for some weeks now, I am quite satisfied with its functionality. I didn't have to use the 4-hour timing setting, but that might work for clothes drying (or if the towel fell into the water).

I didnt really look into the measurement but I was expecting it would fit a Body towel flatThe Canadian flag fooled me, it’s actually made in China

It just doesn't warm the towel enough, even if you put it on 1/2 hour earlier. Just the part hanging on the top bar gets slightly warm. Quite a waste. Using it just to hang clothes now.

I use it to dry the towels after use. Works great. Tried it as a towel warmer, towels are warm, it’s pleasant.
