Ordered wrong size but I was given wrong measurements of the posts Won't send back. Il use them Nothing wrong with this product They look good and sturdy good weight bolts are included

Missing bolts
The item arrive with open packaging and a missing nut and bolt. It was not wrapped in polythene and elastic band as shown so this couldn't have happened Also the nut on the one bolt I received won't tighten up so I bought two nuts and bolts to fit The base plate itself is fine with no problems Pity about the packaging and bolts

Sent two different versions with different surface areas
Same size post gaps and fixing holes but different sized bases, also be aware your concrete bolts won't go through them because the thread is wider. Had to drill these out to 12mm to accommodate my 10mm bolts
